disclaimer: New Eden Travel Agency is a hypothetical entity, and therefore any binding legislation in their name is void
New Eden Travel Contract
(a). All arrivals in the free-flight program receive "dropsuit" protective gear and self-defense devices - studies show that this improves survival rates to 75%. Most also receive cloning and implant technology to allow indefinite vacations, as well as further protection should your other supplies fail.
(b). Acceptance of this contract is an agreement to become the property of New Eden corporations. You must always be registered with a corporation. A small payment allows you to create your own corporation, but you are then subject to ownership fees and rental prices. In short, you will always be tied to a New Eden corporation.
(c). Acceptance of this contract is a waiver of any right or privilege to hold New Eden Travel Agency legally liable for any transgression, up to and including theft, death, dismemberment, and psychological trauma.
(d). In order to leave New Eden, you must absolve yourself of all ties to any New Eden corporation, then contact New Eden Travel Agency. An agent will be sent to deal with you and close this contract.
(e). This contract can never be rendered "closed", unless the steps highlighted in (d) are taken, and the closure of the contract is approved by New Eden Travel Agency.

you will never have a save area like on eve the so called "high sec". You spawn, you die, you loose money. This here is the most cruel part of new eden so get used to it. |
