Everyone's favorite Regnum, who had to attend to the weekly meetings on the importance of KDR so he could not be here himself, has begun making tutorial and informative videos for the community. His goal is to highlight certain information in each video to help new or less-knowledgeable players get more out of their DUST experience.
His first video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPvN3E1NYAc&feature=youtu.be
It's more of an introduction video and covers some things such as zone control, positioning, and the importance of skills and gear.
For videos in the near future, he plans on giving tips on hip-firing and strafing, as well as how to be an effective squad leader. He will be disclosing more about additional features and events in the upcoming weeks.

I didn't even know this side of Regnum existed. He is able to quickly give you a high level rundown of some pretty important mechanics that are often missed by even seasoned FPSers. You have my tank if you ever want to do a vehicle series! +1 |

I really like the idea of having a community decide on how a character is speced and watches it grow, but I hope you know you are going to be going into nova knives. |

I personally want to see him have to go into vehicles, because he's said he'll never use one unless it's a fighter jet I think. |

my sony vegas 11 crashed, supposed to get my laptop back friday so i can render what I have done so far, I am thinking of giving away a escort girl for my first dust video,lol....have to draw the crowd any way i can.

I give no credence to anyone that leaves battles to preserve their precious KDR,which I've seen from multiple Imperfects on a couple of occassions,one of which,I was responsible for,via dropship.
With all of that,I'm glad that there are more vids popping up. |

Was pleasntly surprised by this video. It had great information, great tips for newbies, touched on a few features of the game. But the most impressive part is watching you play while doing these things. I think I would have dropped a few F bombs on the feed.

That's a funny thing to say, considering kills and deaths aren't wiped by backing out. 99/100 Imperfects leave the game for squad related issues (someone bugs out, need to pick someone up, corp battles, etc). You think you have what it takes then corp battles start at 10M.

He voiced over it afterwards. From experience, his game chatter would frighten more than enlighten new players.

Glad people are enjoying it and that it's helpful to some, I'll be sure to keep it updated when new videos are made if Regnum is unable to let you know himself. |

I hope I'm not the only one who was pleasantly surprised by his voice. From reading his threads, I half expected him to speak in broken sentences while grunting in two different voices. Great video, I'm looking forward to seeing what else he has in store. |
