I find it very hard alone, no one seems to work together in a game that demands just that.
My k/d ratio is good as am i, but teamed up would be much better. Anyone like to group up?

If anyone is interested, I really want to help the new players in a way that should improve what we've been seeing in battles-
more LAV gunners must be trained- it's too rare for gunners to know their ****, and be very effective.
I'm usually online on weekends, so just let me know if you want to try out gunning with small blasters (they're much much deadlier than they get credit for).
I'll be simply using balochs for this for a while, since my methanas are under "maintenance" after some AV problems I ran into when I was trying to be both the driver and gunner. |

Ok cool i really appreciate it. Id like to be taking care of heavies while my friends do other things. All i see is run and gunning and that simply isent good enough. We need medics too! Im all for running around healing. |

Do a shout out on local chat "LFS" or "Looking for squad" will do it. People will also be more likely to squad with you if you've got a mic. Alternatively, browse the Corporation Recruitment section of the forums and apply to join a corp; then you'll have a pretty guaranteed group of people willing to squad. Anyone interested can apply to R.I.f.t - we have set up a training academy within our corps to help newer players get up and running.
Also, and don't take this to mean you'll be welcome in any squad, but if you go to team chat during a match (do this in a safe position or you will get killed) you can see what squads have empty spots and select to move to that squad.
Finally, if you have a mic, activate voice on team chat (click team on the chat menu) - there will often be one or more people with a mic on who you'll be able to organise with better than a mute. Even if you don't have a mic, you can still activate voice and you'll be able to hear other players in your team with a mic, which is almost as helpful. |
