Some of you may know my EVE website eveboard.com and how it works. Similar here is dustboard.com, a place presenting mercenaries (although as of yet, only the names are available) but will similar to [eb] contain the user data, statistics/information and of course rankings of various categories.
So until then I present to you dustboard.com
Update: Added some skill information and training times, can be found by heading to Skills from the menu.
Also welcoming all new mercs and seeing the graphs of newborns shoot to its heights. Keep up the good work everyone!

Question 2: What does the api reveal? Does it give us # of PSN accounts or # toons or something else? (I know i'm being lazy, but havn't had the time to look at it yet.)
1) Nope, I wish it would, but I am looking forward to any Dust specific API (this is still the EVE API)
2) At the moment all it gets me is the merc names and ID (I doubt the PSN info will ever be obtained like this)

Sadly, I am not able to track "born" mercs prior a certain date proerly (at the moment) but any new merc afterwards are pretty accurate.
But since Dust been around since May/June 2012, you can take the number 500,000 or close to that and divide...
