I am a new player when it comes to Dust and to PS3 really. I do have some previous experience with EVE and have a lot of experience with PC gaming. I am looking for a Corp that offers players in my time zone and a good attitude towards gaming. I am not able to guarantee hours of service a week due to prior commitments but when I am about I am a good team player and a good tactician.

First of all, nice 2nd name reminds me of an intro for a song.
Secondly, why dont you try to test the waters with our Alliance Rise of Legion, currently we have several corps from where to pick, we pretty much are all around the clock, training skirmishing and doing operations both on EvE and dust, also tell em that Rupture sent you and you get a free bag of cookies.
Just kidding, what you DO get are a group of people who are mature and willing to help/teach and aid you, so really, why not give ROFL a chance I can bet that there is a corp that meets your expectations, If you ask me you come off as a deadly blue dot, like me. Anyway best of luck for you.! |

You could do worse than join us at ON THE BRINK, we're EU and US TZ mostly, and although we're not the biggest, by jingo we're determined to be the best.
We welcome "casual" players as much as we welcome "the hardcore" as we understand that RL often takes priority over pewpew. We have internet spaceship drivers in the ranks as well as pure shootists, and love using our mics to laugh/cry/rant (delete as appropriate) with each other while drilling the red dots with holes, but a mic is less important than the ability to hear your squad leader.
ON THE BRINK is not just a shoot ppl in the face corp. we are like a family. We do our upmost to help everyone within the corp. with everything from skills, tips, isk to things outside the game like advise or just someone to talk with.
There are many things ON THE BRINK can offer u such as active forum where you can contact us 24/7. Help with building your character, squads that will help you win games, tactics to help you with your play style, and also isk or replacement for tanks and drop ships lost in battle.
We offer to our recruits and alliances an elite well trained corp. where we can take commands and give them. We will not hide in the shadows we will always be on the front line. If you are to ever need back up from us or our eve contacts we will be glad to help.

our corp is based in the UK so it may make gaming for you much easier 
our corp doesnt require much from you, only that you have a good sense of humor, a mature personality and a mic. if you don't have a mic it doesnt matter since we have good teamwork.
if you are unsure about our corp you can always join us for a game or two and then decide afterwards. we can help you with your training and give you advice on how to improve your dropsuit loadouts and skills.

If you want to try before you buy in, join the TOD-Public channel. We run squads for a few hrs weekdays, with events on sundays as we build up to corp matches.
Not going to try to sell you on our virtues (we consider ourselves mature, polite gamers but you'll be the judge of that), I'd much rather have a chat over voice comms and smash a few skirmish games so we can see if my corp and your personal play style are well suited.

WarRavens are offering a US$100 PSN card/codes each for the first 3 corp members able to stay in the top 20 on the Dust 514 leaderboards for a 30 day period. Wins/Losses Leaderboard will not be a part of this event.
In order to be eligible, the player must have all 3 characters in the WarRavens Corporation (only need to be playing one character) and be an active player during the 30 day period.
These prizes are personally sponsored by our corporation's CEO, Snowraven WarBringer. Members of WarRavens have until the end of January 2013 to take up this offer. For example, if you happen to get in the top 20 on Jan 30, 2013 and stay for 30 days till March 1, 2013, you win a US$100 PSN card/codes. If a member from outside the US wins these three prizes, we will do our utmost to give them their equivalent PSN card in their region. As CEO, I do intent to have this event on as many Beta character wipes as possible.
Currently, our Dust 514 set biweekly deploys have three $20 PSN cards as prizes for each deploy.
