Any tips on using the iron sight? Should i just aim the center target at the player, or should it be up a bit? What's best to get the head?
Also - if the player get close up is it best to aim or fire from the hip? I find that I can't turn quick enough when aiming |

... aim ... pull trigger ... see if it hits. Rinse and repeat. (white dot = center for me)
close up depends on how close and what hes doing. shoulder to shoulder dont aim. 10ft... snap n shoot or fire blindly whichever lands the hit |

Huh. I was just making sure I wasn't gimping myself. Glad that we can't use advanced optics in a galaxy far far away..... not. |

Tactical and Burst have optics.
- The Tactical has much more recoil which makes it hard to fire multiple shots quickly.
- The Burst has lower damage, but I use it with a damage modifier.

I could be wrong, but i had heard CCPs intentions were to open up weapons to customizations of all sorts. |

I think the customizations have to do with suit fittings not weapon. Also you are a disposable clone. Reducing costs are a priority. Optics are too expensive. |

The irons are your "average FPS" 3-prong Iridium-enhanced sights, designed for equal use during day or night.
As I've found, the central glowing dot is where the bullets go. Just put it over the target, and your rounds will hit.
Being ironsights, they'll obstruct the target you're shooting at. That's part of the reason they work to "balance" the weapon.
Snap to your sights to shoot medium-long range targets, while using hipfire for anything in shotgun-range fights. |
