Then CCP will have to update those descriptions then. With all the press, with all the announcements they made, and with all the months of early warning we were given about this recent decision, we might as well consider the recent wipe as the "commercial" release.

I stopped paying attention the merc pack descriptions beyond the basic content they provided. |

Seriously dude. We as a community, an infant one at that, have much bigger issues to deal with than some stupid minor description that a lot of us here don't even care about anymore at this point. You got what you paid for. You experienced resets and after every reset you were refunded your AUR and certain items that came with the merc pack. You also experienced CCP's DEFINITION of a commercial release (welcome to permanent beta - Eve Online style) and therefore your character was reset and refunded as promised for the final time. You and I were even notified at least a week or two in advance about this final reset.
Therefore, quit your whining.

My god in heaven.
So many people here acting like internet lawyers.
This reminds me of some wannabe internet lawyers in Eve Online complaining that suicide ganking in high-sec space is against the Terms of Services posted by CCP because said internet lawyer calls ganking 'griefing' and that by allowing these ganks, CCP is allowing 'griefing' which is against the TOS. Silly, right? |
