A few minor errors I've noticed over the past few days:
There seem to be some errors that make it so you cannot get into a battle, buy equipment, or change equipment until relogging.
Also, there are some graphical glitches in the Amarr room where when looking through the transparent battle holo-screen at certain angles causes the floor to pop over the holo-screen and appear as if it's infront of parts of it.
Sometimes when throwing grenades they seem to just vanish rather than explode.
When using mouse and keyboard, sprinting won't activate unless you stop pushing any movement keys, hold shift, then move forward. You cannot simply hit shift while moving forward to activate sprint. This makes the mouse and keyboard setup almost unplayable in any competitive sense imo.

I don't know about the equipment, but the joining a battle is related to creating a squad. My friends and I noticed a few things that caused it:
1. If you invite someone multiple times (you invite them multiple times and they finally accept, or you invite someone already in yours or another squad)
2. If you invite someone who is offline
it just searches for a while then times out saying a game could not be found if either or both of the cases above is true. We determined it was this because if only one invite is sent to each person and/or only online players are invited, the squad works fine. Upon remaking the squad "correctly" we find games fine. |

While this may also cause problems, I get the error without trying to invite anyone while trying to join ambush alone. |

Oh ok sorry.
Also, it helps to give details and look for patterns so CCP can try to recreate the error so it can be fixed, especially if the only solution is to restart it. |

it happens on both battle types whether going solo or with a squad, also only occasionally will a system reset help. you still get the "your connection to the host was lost" message. |

I know what you mean with the grenades. For me they often seem to vanish, but the damage radius is still there; as if the grenade had still gone off. |
