Having spent some time up the mountain, it occurred to me that it would be cool to look for the mother nugget while out on the field. Maybe a secondary goal indrone cleanup missions, or a hunt for the officer veldspar in pvp games? Discuss |

a waste of time, secure the area. and construct a strip mining facility, but it wont be worth it if the mountain is not ore rich.
think of it this way, any thing you can carry by hand is not worth the effort. that said if you kill a guy with a Gaston HMG, or Baloch AR you should have a chance to salvage that item from your foe's corpse. |

IF they ever for whatever terrible reason introduce PVE; corps should be, like EVE, allowed to PVP it.
Wanna run a mining op in your combat suits? Pack a gun, and bring in some pvp friends to protect you.

PVE if you like. But be subject to EVE.

wtf is the point of logging into a combat game just to grind off points collecting shinies.
It's EVE. Do your collecting, and be available for pewage.
If a corp wants to take a mining squad into a battle; fine. They're that many fighters short of victory.
Great corps could perhaps balance mining and pvp at the same time perhaps.
I've seen players that get like 50 an 0 in a match. They could protect the miners, for a price.

The devs already said they are not doing something if its already found in the eve universe. Drone rushes are pve and unique to dust in the eve universe. I wished people would come up with better, unique experiences
Such as dropping on top of a PI with a four person turret structure that steals PI resouces over time. Then you have to defend it for ten minutes while you fend off ed-209 robots or a hostile corp. |
