I have been using squad commands more and more, the commands them self are fine it's just the way we have to access, having to press start and select a target is fine if your no where near the target and no enemies are around, but if you are near a target and there are enemies it would be much easier to point your weapon at the target then press a button.
So I was think would it not be better you move the Scoreboard from up on the D-pad and put the Scoreboard in the Neocom then replace it with a quick squad command.
It would make giving command so much quicker. |

I had the same request here. Hopefully CCP will see more of these and actually do something about it |

L2 should have more functionality than grenades. I'd like to hold L2 to select grenades and squad commands. After selecting grenades to cook and throw it hold and release R1. After selecting squad command hold L1 to find an objective and R1 to select. L2 seems to be wasted on only grenades. |

As is, when you enter the menu, you have to exit an menu to get to the menu you need to deliver the command to the squad. Its a pain and should be fixxed. There have been times, when you get killed because it just takes to long to change an objective during combat.
I agree to some point that L2 can have more options, but i'd leave grenades out of the picture imo. Maybe there could be a way to designate a command route thru the x pad in the same place where you choose vehicles and off map support? |

Easy Squad command while walking around and looking around.
HOLD R2, PRESS R3
Choose the command you want and look at your target objective or whatever you want to mark.
Seems fine imo. |

Seems fine imo. It's not though. It's terrible and impractical. Most of the players don't even know about it since it's literally hidden behind the weapons/equipment menu. Not to mention once you do realize you have it, sometimes you have no idea if you're the squad leader or not, and you have to stop whatever you're doing to line up an order. Issuing order should be quick and easy so you can use them in the heat of battle. Not have to drop everything to try and line up your cross-hairs to a new target. Right now it really interrupts the flow of the game and is useless in combat. |

Much like the ability to slide 10 meters after being revived on a bleed out.. Hold in on L3 (run) and push forward as you are standing up. Please put these hidden features into a help spiny. |

"interrupts the flow of the game" I could not have said it better myself, it should be point, press, done. Also someone needs to make a guide on these hidden functions i had no idea you could slide, and i have been playing since the second build. |

edit: quoted wrong post:
I'm not aware that this 'slide when revieved' is a designede feature, but a unitended consecuence of user inputs registered into a system and client-srever syncing up to represent correct position of player.
But if there is a mention that this is a intended feature, then by all means enlighten me and point to a post. |

I think many people still ignore the quick menu for squad command !
Press and hold R2, then click your right stick R3. It will display a wheel with every command, select one with left stick then release. Then aim at the objective or the person you wish and use R1.
There, you just put an order without accessing the overview map |
