Sniper. Don't even start.
SMG. Nothing yet. Oh wait, you bozos screwed that gun over sevral builds ago.
OB. Its too powerful. Well, giant laz0rs from the sky should just bounce off my shields? Right.
Swarm Launcher. Scrubbed out ages ago. BECAUSE OF WHINING,
Forge Gun. Jeez, just look at the stats and read the description. Do you expect to live when getting hit by it?!
Future Prediction:

Guys, look. Weapons are specialized, and they should be. Especially in Dust. Teamwork is the key. Hence, if you can;t stop the tank, get your AV buddy to do it instead. You got sniped? Logibro is there for you.
The point is that you are taking advantage of CCP's wonderful interaction with us. Never has any game had this good of DEV support. Don't ruin it. If something bothers you, don't scream about it. Talk it our, discuss it here, and then post something legitimate to the DEVs.

On the sniping note: try looking for the general direction they sniped you from, before spawn open your map and take a guess where they are holed up. There is most likely a way to get where they sit, I don't believe a sniper would call a dropship just to get to the top of the highest building without ladders. Anyway, once you think you figured it out, put on your rogue suit and go hunt some snipers!
Seriously, I managed to pull that off in Manus Peak today - took out two snipers that were sitting on that mountain on the right side.

Bahahahaha. Nice! That terrible moment when you jump and your inertial shield or such doesnt turn on. ANd from the MCC to the ground you go....
It wasn't even really a jump, just a slide down the mountain which I thought I would survive... Then BAM!, 0 shields and 0 armor. But again, it was quite an amazement to hunt like that. |
