Some numbers for new players to use when planing their skill expenditures and booster purchases.
Daily values with related booster.
- 40,800 SP Active
- 36,000 SP Passive
- 76,800 SP Combined (assuming cap is reached)
Weekly total values (assuming cap is reached every day)
- Active only 285,600
- Passive only 252,000
- Combined 537,600
Plan accordingly

EDIT: Values without booster follows.

Thanks, this is helpful. It would be even more helpful if you had the un-boosted figures up there for the mathematically challenged, along with some comparisons. |

Here's the breakdown of skill points and boosters. This is the new permanent standard:
Quote:Daily cycle (reset at downtime) Daily allowance of 27,200 SP per day (hard-capped) Linear returns to warpoints and time spent GÇô the better you play, the more you earn (until you hit the cap) - Warpoints earned are converted into skillpoints (1 WP = 1 SP) - Time spent in battle grants SP (1 second = 5 SP) - Consolation prize of 50 SP per battle once the daily cap has been hit
1- Active boosters: 7,000 AUR- 7 Days Raises your hard-cap to 40,800 and increases your in-game SP by 50%. So same play time, more points. Raises post-cap to 75SP/Match
2- Passive boosters: 7,000 AUR- 7 Days Increases your passive SP income by 50%. If applied to an alt character, they will generate SP at a 1.0x rate.
Both boosters for 28 days: 56,000 AUR 40,000 (43,000 w/ bonus) AUR = $20 To run both boosters, it will cost $26/month
3- UVT Booster: 1,000 AUR- 7 Days Allows Corp chat and cross channel chat while in-game/squad.
BEST BOOSTER OPTION: Buy a merc pack. It comes with a 30 day active booster for free and 40,000 AUR. This is enough to run both boosters and still have an extra 12,000 AUR to spend on equipment. 8,000 AUR if you decide to purchase a month supply of UVTs. (useful for corp/private voice if you dont want to speak to your squad in-game) The extra BPOs that come with the kit should be sellable once the market opens and becomes instantly deflated. Overall monthly cost is $15($17 w/ UVT)....oh look at that, a typical subscription fee!!! but you just have an overhead/rollover of $5($3)/month ---
The following is SP breakdown assuming you hit cap every day.
Daily CapWith ActiveWith Passive With Both Passive 24,000| 24,000| 36,000| 36,000| Active 27,200| 40,800| 27,200| 40,800| Total 51,200| 64,800| 63,200| 76,800| Daily 51,200| 64,800| 63,200| 76,800| Weekly 358,400| 453,600| 442,400| 537,600| 28-Day 1,433,600| 1,814,400| 1,769,600| 2,150,400| Yearly18,688,000|23,652,000|23,068,000|28,032,000|

It's not 0.5 or 0.75. It's 1/1.5 or 2/3 which comes to 0.66 repeating. If to divide the non-boosted total by the boosted total you can confirm that percentage.
But thank you Cross for posting the totals. It's useful to have. |
