I think they need to have a noob friendly zone ready for open beta, Even though EvE might sound like a harsh place to live you can play for years and never have the need to go up against vets due to the warm flufy place that is hi-sec.

If someone's first reaction when seeing another player going 19-0 is that they're cheating instead of "that's amazing skill, how can i do that too?", then i don't have a reason to sympathise.
