In ambush it may be worth it to not have enemies spawn next to each other and spawn kill someone. |

i suggest just spawning on opposite sides of map. or just a program that doesn't allow enemies to spawn near each other. |

There are already tons of threads like this... It is ambush .... thats the reason of random spawn. Your ambushing them or being ambushed, thus the random spawn... If you had fixed spawns like skrimish, we couldn't call it ambush could we? |

Random spawn is random; that is Ambush. It is a bit of a problem though, as often it leaves your K/D entirely up to chance, and/or you're often spawning in the same space as opponents when it is unlikely you would have chosen such a position to enter battle.
Giving some sort of buffer here would be nice; save people from spawning with their back to a guy on the opposite side and dying before the environment is rendered. I've been on both sides, but more often I am on the wrong side. Much more often.
I'm not suggesting a timer, immunity, or the like, but rather just a max proximity to opponents. It takes more than a short time, (shorter than Skirmish though), to spawn into battle anyway, so I think this could be implemented without too much trouble. Give a max number of checks for enemies within minimum range of each selected set of random coordinates and either choose the best one or kick the player to the outside edge of the map.
That sort of thing. |

I agree! next time us is in a war where they have to para shoot down from planes, Lets tell the enemy country that we want a buffer zone so we don't get out people killed, and have a fighting chance. They will listen to us they must! Tell them to stay away from our paratroopers at least a mile boundary. |

im actually tired of this spawn sytem wats the point anyway the only people who actually win these are either heavys or vehicle drivers |
