After the last wipe I didn't get my exile assault rifle reimbursed.
I have done the right thing and emailed support.
I have had no response from CCP as of yet.
What gives? |

CCP I and I'm sure most of us LOVE you for your brilliant ideas and innovations!
That being said, when you can't follow through with proper execution those ideas are worth no more than the paper they're written on.
I'm also STILL missing my Exile Assault Rifle.
This has gone on long enough!
I finally heard back about the petition but all it said is it's a known issue and if you still don't have it when a fix is deployed then file a new petition. This could not possibly be that hard to accomplish. Are there just not enough people working on fixing bugs and issues?
Please make us proud to be a part of your creation by slowing down the new ideas slightly and actually fixing the issues that are making the game more frustrating than enjoyable! |
