because we all know that despite having played since pre replication mr zitro can't play worth a damn without a proto suit and officer gear. |

Baal Omniscient wrote:I'd say we get 1 avatar for every build we wen't through, and we can chose to use any of them. I came in right at the end of replication, so by your guidelines I'd still get one, but honestly I think anyone who stuck with this beta through the Missile Massacre deserves something for their dedication. Also, for the repair tool farming induced Orbital Overkill and the Remote Explosive Frisbee Fest. These were all events that you should all remember if you were there, and you should be rewarded for sticking through the beta regardless of these events. Anyone up for a trip down memory lane?
Ill admit that REFF was bad but the missle nerf was nothing compared to what they did with heavies during the E3 build |

Best Part: Remote Explosive Frisbee FestMOST FUN I'VE EVER HAD IN A VIDEO GAME, just saying. No one will ever experience what I couldn't record .... but zigzag the Creodron Shots to get in Assaults faces to blow them skyhigh and not lose like any shields cause framerate / scout speed tanking went so perfectly together... I'll never have that again.. not even stored video for later... But an avatar each beta build.. how about a "Veteran" Avatar for all Closed beta testers, one for each suit type and both male / female?
you and me both, a scout was god in those days. |

You forgot the swarm launcher and how all the cru's spawned you in the same place. As if that wasn't bad enough, your clone would appear before you had control of him. If you picked a bad spawn, you were dead before you ever had a chance to move! ahhh the good ol' days
shotty swarm!! yay i miss that, personnaly I think it should be brought back with a smaller explosion radius, yea none of thats changed except you now dont know where you will spawn but you can bet it will be in front of and enemy. |

Ah, that's when I joined. Line harvest got old fast. matches were much more dynamic and closer than they are now. There were multiple ways of progressing forward towards the 2nd stage of the map versus the lol COD domination hold two nodes camp the other one we have now. When we were on defense and loosing there was a tactic I did to singlehandedly win those games: MCC health at 150 at A,B letters then MCC health at 180 hp health when C, D and E were open. Solution? Hop into large missile instalation and shoot it. Cestus Damage +15, Cestus Damage +15 and after a few times of that it was I won!! Devs said Tech!! we are going to fix that and boy! fix it they did to the point of makeing the Cestus MCC a super hulk. And who can forget the shoot the clone right before the RDV brings the lav/dropship or tank for and endless waterfall of vehicles and many, many skillpoints. Games were 100,000 to 500, 000 skillpoints per match. Squads were six cloner squads and team counts were over 30 per side.
awww that was AWSOME youd blow up one lav or tank in the stack and BOOM!!! +150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150+150. whole stack was yours
I miss WP for damage delt, every one hunted vehicles because even if they didnt kill it they could get WP off it.
