Gtfo - you're in the wrong game. Eve is somewhere else. This is DUST514 - different game completely. So please stop comparing two different genres under the same microscope.

That's actually a really good post but the thing is people are overlooking that you don't need any more than 3-4m SP to be "at your best",

Once you have the right skills for your spec, anything above that is a bonus and don't really change the game or make you better at it, it just gives you more options on what you can do in a particular situation. Honestly, people who are complaining about SP are the ones who have been trying SO HARD to keep up with everyone else, if they took a break like many of us have they'll see it's made no difference to their game.

They can cry and claim Corp fights as much as they want but there's nothing in this game that can't be fixed by throwing several million ISK at it.

That's 9 hours of gameplay per day, i have a family. I'll be lucky if i get 3 hours in dust per WEEK but you don't hear me bitching that everyone else will have huge advantages over me with SP because i know it's not important.

I probably kill more proto gear players in my militia gear than anybody.
