What about this post by CCP Frame. It suggests that the wipe will be after the 10th once the migration starts:
Phase 1 GÇô The Grace Period
This phase will be running from 10th - 21st of January. During this period CEOs of corporations will have to email our Game Masters at [email protected] and inform them which corporation name on Tranquility they would like to use. Example: GÇ£I would like to rename *Temporary Corporation Name* on Tranquility to *Current Corporation Name from Singularity*.GÇ¥ This way our Game Masters will make sure that your corporation name is ready for the post-migration. Please note that corporation names on Singularity are locked on Tranquility, preventing players from creating new corporation with that exact name.
Phase 2 GÇô The Migration
Once the migration starts, all characters will be moved to Tranquility and full character reset will occur. CEOs will have to create the new *Temporary Corporation Name* on Tranquility that he provided to our Game Masters.

Do we lose: bonus Drop Suits Salvage SP Bonus SP ISK Skill Tree Kills Deaths Wins Losses Name Do we regain AUR? And anything else I cannot think of, please clarify. I was surprised by the last one and quit playing until just before Chromosome.
As with all other wipes, all your SP, ISK, and records will be wiped. It's back to basics  All your equipment will be wiped. All original Aurum and equipment from Merc packs will be still yours though. Skinweave suits will still be yours. I'm not sure about any of the other gear like the Quaff suits or tournament prizes. |

Sooo basically OP vets incoming on release...
Us vets will be a bit overpowered but the few weeks won't make a massive difference. The difference will come from being knowledgeable of the game rather than SP and ISK. At a weekly hard cap of 190,400 SP we won't be that far ahead. The fact we know where to spend it will be the difference  |
