Well when our ceo decides to bring in noobs in a corp battle with a good corp we get pissed because they dont know anything about teamwork .
EDIT: I forgot to mention that it didn't help that we all just got out asses kicked by Tritan Industries right before we fought you guys so we where coming into the matched pissed off. |

Losing is Learning
Winning is Teaching
Please dont get discouraged by ur 2 losses. Keep a lvl head and see where u went wrong other than perhaps a diff in skill lvl. Tactically review how they played and how u could of gone about it better.
This game needs more corps willing to fight a loss isnt as bad as it seems, its ok to get pissed off but its a learning experience as well. Only way to get better is to keep playin against organised competition around or above ur skill lvl.
No one likes to lose but its necessary in the process of learning at times. |

I missed the corp battle with Tritan but I hear it was a good match on your part!!! Additionally, The Pink Fluffy Bunnies are a hard match up! They have handed us our rear a few times as well.
Dont be discouraged! There is a lot to learn from match ups with corps like PFB, Zion, Imperfects, Pro Hic etc.... Watching how the teams that work well together play tactically is priceless. Win or loose it will only make your corp better!!!
Its good to see another corp running matches! Here's to hoping your corp keeps it up!
Also I believe ExMaple wanted to get some Corp matches going for some of our New Members ( low isk......Militia/Standard fit only). May be a good inexpensive way to get the new members from both of our corps some more Corp Match Experience?

Yeah man i'll talk to the other directors about doing those low isk matches. We could use all the practice we could get if we ever plan on beating some of the good corps out there.
I just wish more corps would put the isk up to do corp battles, it's really hard for us because we want to do these battles but every time we put one up we get steamrolled because the other corp is WAY out of our league.
And i'd like to say thanks for all the words of encouragement from you, it's really cool seeing some of the larger corps giving advice to such a small corp! |

practice practice practice....most people during this beta have been testing out new things to see where they want to apply their skills upon launch. I did a little bit, but mostly stick to the AR...i used the AR way back in august whatever build that was, and continue to do so, even through all the OP hype, and the nerf. Have your members specialize instead of spreading around SP, especially now that it seems harder and harder to come by. IMO.
I wasn't there for the corp battle, and aren't for most of them due to my work schedule. But soon we will all be back into militia fits and starter gear so get your corp together and train hard the next couple of days get them used to the gameplay and teamwork. if you can do that you will be on the same level as the rest of us. |
