Alright *sigh* I am not going to get in your Onikuma. It says MLT-Onikuma Impact.
Let me explain something, for all of those who don't understand. When you point your gun at a vehicle, it'll say stuff like:
MLT=Militia=Poison, I will avoid being a passenger, even MLT HAVs
STD=Standard=Not poison. It carries the goods. Yet you avoid it as if it was an STD.
PRO=Prototype=Not necessarily prototype, could mean Professional. Hop the hell in!
So when you damn Impact Spammers expect me to get in, I aint. The thing says MLT. It stands for Mega Lame Thing.
But when I roll up in a Methana pimped out to withstand 2+ forge hits in one sitting, you run as if it was a Baloch. Yet everyone flocks to the disposable Impacts to run people over. Fun Fact!: My variable Vane Turbine makes mine faster. It's even better for running things over!
If you see a PRO, it's only the best. Your chances of getting killed in a PRO vehicle are worse than finding 5 dropships at once.
I'm just putting this out there because I've watched way too many people turn down a freeride in order to wait ten more seconds for their slower Onikuma. Your logic defies me. |

I love my impact, it will get me anywhere, fast, I have the +25% torque on it and it can take a hit from anything bar a breach forge gun, but who uses them anyway? People kept nicking my 90k methena, it needs to look different from baloch. |

There are some pretty good Sica/Somas running the field sometimes. And even the milita LAVs can be equipped to be quite durable. I don't use it much but i have a LAV that can take a punch. |

The Mlt was completely empty aside from the driver. I "took my chances" outside the Militia HAV. 5 seconds later, the thing took maybe 3 swarms and blew up. I've seen one baloch take a substantial hit without blowing up. The thing is that your chances of dying a greatly increased in Militia vehicles and there is no way to tell what mods they are using, so its reliability is unknown. But with STD and PRO, you know at least that if the person was willing to put SP and that much ISK, it's bound to be good. I actually think my Methana is at the very least on par with a Sica/Soma in terms damage taken. I wasted half a match driving in my Methana with no gunner, because none would get in, taking hits from forge. Eventually, a guy set down a lot of explosives and wasn't able to escape the ones ahead of me.

I love it when people try to hop in my militia baloch because they think it is good. Bahahahaha. FAIL! See, i use it as rapid transport. I hope in, drive like the dickens straight into a firefight and then HOP OUT! My comrades in stupid remain IN the vehicle assuming that this will benefit them. Dear Bunnies When I, the driver, jumps out of the Baloch, then you, the passengers should likewise hop out. If the vehicle has not moved in nearly 20 seconds, that means the driver is dead or gone. Either way, hope out. Oh, and swarm missiles? Hope out

But really, too many times people die for simply not watching the damage counter. If you are really about to die, hop out. Not at 50% damage, not at 25%. Maybe at 3 or 5%. Flee for your life. But don't hop when we can make it out, and don't stay in when you gonna die!
Thank You. |
