..against a high level tank (vehicle). Just because they own something prototype people think they can destroy anything they want in mere seconds on their own. I personally think Missiles will be great against air vehicles and ground vehicles less than HAV. Even crappy missiles will have my Saggaris nervous if there is a high volume of them, it's even worse if they are higher tier missiles.
There will be many more Anti-vehicle weapons in the future and each one will have their own specific function. They wouldn't nor SHOULDN'T be able to vaporize something outside of their role individually and that's what I think a lot of people misunderstand about the current AV weapons available to us.
It takes teamwork to destroy a high profile vehicle not just you, no matter how awesome you think you are.

The splash radius? Dude the splash radius is pretty bad, it's their uselessness against infantry that has us ticked. Also, people shouldn't have to spec into Proto-Missiles just to be effective.
But you are completely right, things take teamwork over gear and skill (but they sure help!). And why they were using missiles against a Sagaris I have no clue. Railguns are the only way to go for AV. The missile launcher is supposed to be the twain between blasters and railguns, mediocre vs infantry and vehicles. So, missile launchers should be more effective than blasters but less effective than railguns when used as AV. |

Yeah, missiles really are not weak at all. They are much better than the last couple of builds. For a start they can actually hit things now. |
