So far I understand that gaining kills, and winning boost the amount of SP you get (not including boosters) but I feel like I'm getting screwed when I play as a medic and revive mates who get triple kills or more and I end up with 3000 SP in the end and 200k isk.
Do any of these effect how much SP you gain in a mission? Deaths Assists Revives Hacks |

It's not calculated baced of of kills, but by WP(war points) that you accumulate druing battle. So this way even logis can get good/high WP and therefor good/high SP out of a match.
I suspect there are some correcting factors also, but don't remember/know them ontop of my head.
edit:
So yes Hacs, revives, triage, guardian, resupply, respawn all account towards your WP and therefor SP. Kills naturally reward WP also.
Don't remember exact numbers,someone help me out here, but here are about numbers:
Kill - 100WP or was it 50? Assist - 50 or 25 Revive - 50ish triage - 25ish Hacking 50 or 100 ....
One thing to keep in mind is that SP gains are under diminishing returns pattern, so the more you play within the same SP cap timer timeframe the lass you get SP, until the cap resets. |

Kill give WP at different levels.
Kill merc +50 WP
Assisted Kill of Merc is +25
Kill of an installation (Large Blaster Turret) +100
Inside an HAV or LAV (not much experience with DS for me) +35 Vehicle kill Assist
KIlls are the same, +50 Kill, +25 Assist.
Killing a HAV is +150 and the Assist is +75.
There are some that are +60 but I don't really understand them. Just they show up, usually in a very busy situation for me, and I have not been able to figure out exactly which Kill gave me the extra 10 WP.
I have had just a little experience in DSs so others will have to explain how that breaks down.
One of my favorite things to do is to be a gunner with a good HAV (Tank) driver. Good Stuff (tm) with kills, WP and targets constantly coming across the display. Then some downtime as the shields rebuild and sometimes the armor.

+60 - revive ally with nanoinjector
+10 - ally resupplies from your nanohive. happens each time they gain more ammo.
+25 - ally spawns into combat via your droplink |

Just keep in mind that that thread was started in October, so some of it's info is outdated, but there is still some active discussion about current mechanics.

I'm not sure, but I suspect that how much SP and ISK you earn is based on the percentage of Your teams total WP that you personally earned.
Of course, the diminishing returns based on the SP cap also affect this.
It's is purely supposition, but it would explain why you can earn two totally different SP amount for very similar WP scores. |

Squad orders grant 1.2 awards for actions preformed within t heir radius (or a bonus of +20%). Skill gains are derived from total War Points earned within a match modified by an "anti-grind" diminishing returns mechanic and subject to a weekly hard cap.
Here's a bit more about it (and ISK gains) direct from the Devs.

Psst: what does it mean? I just got two +60 and +30 Assist. Their Squad Leader was nearby?
And why do they put that blinking circle on me sometimes (while I have you here)? During Rogue Hunt it looked cool until it happened to land on me. The Ambush with the 2 +60s had me marked as well.

Not that I believe the implementation has it worked all out as yet. But we are in Closed Beta.
I just wish the Salvage was closer to being useful. This character has 25 DSs at 451K ISK each and nothing to do with them.

Thanks again. It means that your squad leader had issued a command, and you were close to the objective. I think the blinking circle you're talking about marks the objective that your squad leader has selected. |

Since Cromosome the SP gain and WPs have been decoupled a bit.
I recently joined a match that was about to end. All actions I took in that match were: - Spawn in a militia suit - Order a dropship
Even before I could get into the dropship the match ended and I received 450 SP for my efforts. I had earned 0 WP as per the end match statistics. |

Sure thing I agree on Salvage, it is why so many here keep asking for the player market to come soon because the ability to buy/sell/trade your Salvage would make for a worlds better level of use.
