If a person has a mic in a pub squad, give him squad lead. I've actually gained a OB in a squad (mostly, it was me, because I had 1918 WP) and the ******* Bluedot wouldn't call it in, and wouldn't listen to the chat, and didn't even see the command to call it in. |

This will solve very little if anything. Randomly chosen anything will always turn out wrong. |

Support. However, today, I was made squad leader (I have a mic); I was on top of a building in my overwatch (sniper) fit setting up squad orders and notifying everyone of everything about the enemy in team chat. Despite all the orders and everything I said, my squad would never get together (although 2 of them would attempt to follow attack/defend/capture orders seperately of eachother). When they DID follow orders, they were terrible (they could only kill reds that I sniped down to low health), and still apparently never listened to team chat. |

I think they need something that tells you that you are squad leader every time you spawn. I can not tell you how many times I have been in a random public match, got a orbital strike and went to go check who the team leader is low and behold it is me lol. |

It's really difficult to improvise teamwork in a random matchup. I usually try my best to find an ally to move around with even if they're not paying much attention to me. If I heard a squad commander on mic (bear in mind that how am I going to know it's my squad commander talking?) and he gave orders I would do my best to follow them but rarely without support. |
