Hi there, welcome to the Mandalorian's. Our corporation and members will be all about the followoing five tenets.
1)Perseverance through obstacles as a individual and as a corporation, we will help you through whatever problem you have however a attitude to help yourself is crucial.
2)Close bonds and reliability between your fellow members, remember good friends make a tough squad. A corporation of family makes a unstoppable force.
3)Leadership skills or the ability to follow. Organisation and team work are the cornerstones of this corp so the ability to take charge or follow without hesitation are crucial to our survival and growth in Dust.
4) A strong attitude to team work and winning, what your joining will become a strong and able fighting force. We go out there to win, have fun doing it. But ultimately to win.
and finally
5) A attitude to have fun, just because were all about organization and winning doesn't mean we don't realize the reason you picked up the controller in the first place. I want members to come here and play the game as friends, to smile when they see a familiar name in corp chat. A community of friends that also have the ability to win and adapt to whatever situation arises.

Were going to focus heavily on individual growth so anyone from the longest time member to the newest can ask for help or advice with absolute certainty that someone will be there for them. So all from people wanting to learn how to fly to people who wish to help people learn. Your welcome here aslong as you follow the tenets and rules:
Rules:
No racism
No sexism
No being disrespectful of fellow members or people outside of the corporation unless there's such reason.
A minimum of one time a week activity on our website so we can keep you in the loop and involved.
A application to our website first as in game applicants will only be accepted after the website one has been.
For new members coming here in the following days, dont expect a mass of members to greet you as this is a brand new corporation, however you will be one of the first few that are the founding members of this corporation.
A directors board will be formed once member mass has increased sufficiently. Display leadership and organization skills and you may have a chair on the board in due time.

We plan to be up and kicking by the time the game goes alpha so if you want to be in a position to make changes down that road, or even just be proud you were with us from day one. See if what were about matches what you want out of a corp. Check out our site and apply.

After a night of heavy drink consumption and a minor incident of the phenomenon known as 'Grinding' I can safely assure you mandalorians are still standing =D
If you want a group that will coach you through learning curves, show you how to play tactically as a team and just make some friends you can rely on. Then look us up and see what you think.

Were looking in particular for heavies to 'fatten' up our ranks...terrible jokes aside we want to recruit and heavies to diverse our infantry.ISK funding will be available for those who cannot afford to get into the heavy role but have a passion to pursue it. With recent growth we are looking for individuals with leadership qualities that can fill the squad leader roles we have availible, you must have a mic as speady decisions come with the territory.

Morning dusters
As with a recent influx of members and the soon to be promotions to squad leaders within our corp were looking to expand again. If you enjoy and can play as a team and love nothing more than winning a match due to a plan you yourself came up with followed through with then were the corp for you. Tactical team work play is the cornerstone of us. So dont let your talents go to waste as here they will be recognised.
Non mic players also accepted aslong as you can follow orders, no blue berries.

With the new growth we've recently promoted a few other mandalorians to the rank of squad leader, if your a team player and work well with tactics here you can be recognised and rewarded for your skills.
We are also looking to expand out to the EU timezone to achieve more time zone coverage as it is mainly US as it stands. If you fit into what were looking for please do apply and we'll support and develop you from day one

We have 3 squad leader positions currently available for members who are tactically sound and can see the bigger picture. Training for this position is given if you cannot lead but have the drive to learn to.
Get in and take these positions as they are the first stepping stone of our rank scheme, hard work and tactical play is noticed.

We are looking for more of a EU presence in our corporation so if you have a eagerness to learn, the skill to follow or lead in a tactically based corporations and the drive. You'll go far with us.
We currently have 2 squad leader positions availible for those with the skill to lead. When we hit our 8th the position of Team leader will open up and try out shall begin.

Picture this
Your squad has been wiped out, your down to your last round and your shield is gone. To make matters worse you cant run as snipers have you pinned. Infantry are moving in and so is a heavy battle tank. Just when you dont think it can get any worse a dropship appears to your left, the gunner levels his weapon at you and you sigh. drop your controller and wait for the inevitable.
Thats when the dropship transforms into a thousand glittering pieces of metal and hits the deck. The sudden crack of sniper rifles greeted by the thuds of the enemy snipers hitting the ground. The tank panicked by his loss of support reverses out toward the exit, but not before a column of Mandalorian battle tanks turn it into scrap metal. A dropship speeds overhead, dropping its compliment of Heavys and logis in support. Which waste no time into laying a barrage of hellstorm into the shocked enemy infantry. Tearing thier once unstoppable advance into shreds.
You smile as a logi drops down a nano hive, you slap a new clip in. and join in behind the counter attack planned none other than a Mandalorian team leader.
Now tell me, would you rather be that guy. or the guy that respawns because backup never came.
Apply to Mandalorians today if you have a sound tactical mind, play well in a team. want guys you can depend on, and above all. Want to win.

Congratulations to Alpha for passing the squad leader test. Showing his ability to lead and act independently, acting on the battlefield instead of always reacting like most.
If you feel you have the same traits as alpha, or even you have a drive to be taught such skills. Then apply today. A mandatory single game needs to be played with either myself, a director or a squad leader so we can see how you play. We are not a 'accept everyone corp' we accept individuals who play as a team and enjoy doing so.
