Grouped weapons are just to make things easier for the servers to deal with massive amounts of players firing at the same time. They are separate but grouped for better server speeds :) |

Kain Spero wrote:Great post Jaiden. Just wish I had been in faction warfare during the test so I could have fired off some shots from the Moros.
I'll be doing some large batches of all three types of ammo.
Kane Spero EVE-side. Its very easy to join FW as needed in sisi to do the testing. Only have to worry about your standings with each faction. You can solo join and leave each one as needed |

Also does just one gun fire? Or is it the group? Does differently grouped weapons cause damage difference?
Does turret type matter? 150mm vs 200mm. Autos vs atri or blasters vs rails?
Just future testing ideas.
no love for missles? Boo. I told them to do this, however, I am not sure it happened. Heard "yeah next time" a couple times. |

no love for missles? Boo. I told them to do this, however, I am not sure it happened. Heard "yeah next time" a couple times. Used an arty thrasher with t1 guns, put one strike down with grouped weapons, and put a strike down with ungrouped weapons and didn't see much of a change in damage between the two. tried to put one more strike in before the end of the match with more of an interval between activating weapons, and got to my fourth gun activating before the strike request disappeared in space. yes but firing the same amount of guns, just ungrouped, isnt what we want to know. Obviously its the same because its the same number of weapons firing |
