1. this was confirmed, can't wait for a reflex sight, even if it has no game effect and is only cosmetic.
2. I hope so, eve had a great ammo system with 5+ options for every gun/missile launcher.
3. There will be some system, Pictures of Caldari Gauss rifle list under barrel grenade, under barrel shotgun, and ECM jammer. I hope for slots for the tac rails, in real life you can put a under barrel grenade launcher on a multi-barrel grenade launcher, so I would like the option to put a under barrel grenade launcher on a mass driver. Probably never would, but it would be nice to have the option.
4)this may be set by the base weapon, since we have bust/full auto/semi-auto versions now. We may get a way to affect the bust size or rof or something though. It would be nice, but burst fire tactical ar seems to nasty, even with updates in new build.
5)A lot of the guns seem to have the mechanism of the gun extend into the stock, so customization here could be hard. The bonus other shooters give to stocks could be replaced by lighter or heavier weight materials used in gun for example. So we may have an equivalent, but I doubt we will get different stocks.
6) silencers only reduce the sound of the escaping gases, super sonic projectiles still make a sonic boom. For example, a rail gun has no gas to quiet and a super sonic projectile, so a silencer would do nothing. A gauss gun on other hand could have silent ammo, a heavy slower projectile would make no 'rifle crack' and the gun already has no gas to muffle. Minmatar projectile guns could have normal silencers. So, rather then a silencer it would be a couple of different mods for different weapons to get the same effect.
Only part above confirmed is a mod system is coming, scopes are changeable, there are under-barrel attachments for at least the gauss rifle and gallente ar. The flaylock pistol model in picture also had visible rails, so it looks like side arms will have attachments as well. The rest of my comments are best guess/speculation. |
