Since this thread was made after only 1 battle of managing to call in vehicles, I'll probably be updating this thread later on.
The first improvement I noticed with vehicles is the great improvement to modules- not only do we have a pile of new turret upgrades, but we have armor hardeners, while damage control units are now active! Keep them coming! On the other hand, I'm very disappointed that we still have no clue as far as the difference between boosters.
I also noticed that the killfeed is improved for LAVs- my gunner didn't kill you in your face with a militia blaster, they used a 20gj stabilized ion cannon! MY POWER SHALL NOW BE SEEN!
Along with this, I see the range and heat generation have made small railguns slightly more effective. However, the sensitivity is now stupid high, and the spool is so short it's nearly nonexistent. I would gladly slow the whole thing down for more power per shot.
For handling- I'm much more confident bringing my LAV to top speed, since it won't spin out of control (unless I use the handbreak)- love it!
I also like how there's a sound to tell you when active modules are ready.
However, I've saved 2 big problems for last. For some reason, I'm getting shot out of the driver's seat extremely easily! We need some form of protection, since a blaster on the passenger side of the LAV managed to OHK me (but not the LAV) somehow.
Last, I'm not sure what happened, but my LAV started beeping like a module cooled down, went to 0 armor and shields, then exploded. I'm not sure what happened, but the killfeed said I committed suicide.
That's all for now- check back later.

It would be awesome if there was an option to turn down turret sensitivity |

+Armor hardeners are here. Game changers for armor LAVs + hybrid turrets (railguns and blasters) are now more effective. Rail spool-up time has been greatly reduced and blasters got a general damage buff.
- gunners are to easy to shoot out the turret. something changed in chromosome as I have lost more gunners in my back seat in less than a week than i did in all of codex. -the vehicle/vehicle collision damage is insane. |

Yes, yes, yes. LAV has become my avid little hobby. The resistance plates and damage control mods are great! I feel like LAVs, and vehicles in general, got a whole lotta love. Still disappointed to see masses of balochs though. But CCP did good.
But when it comes to handling with Turbines on your LAV, top speed banking is beyond suicide. I hit someone at top speed with Variable Vane Turbine and my LAV hopped up like 8 meters. Vehicle collisions do need work. No way an Onikuma Collision should drain 1100 of my shield and into my armor. |

Yeah, I heard collision damage is bad; just haven't hit anything hard enough yet. However, I did see 2 red LAVs that were giving my team a hard time collide and instantaneously explode. Funny as hell. |

Ya, this is just me thinking, it could be that they added a beeper when your armor is burning. I got out when i heard it repaired it and everything was fine. I'll repost if I instantly combust out of the blue.

It stopped for me too when I repaired it once, but the first time was weird because I had full shields and armor. |

in my opinion the controls for driving are to sensitive, at least on the controller, and it would be easier to control, with the controller if the acceleration wasn't mapped to the control stick along with the steering. this is good for tank controls because tanks are slow and can turn in place not so good for a jeep. i have gone into the options menu to see if i could remap the controls myself but i cannot. Just letting my opinion be heard |

Just letting my opinion be heard It doesn't seem very sensitive to me. I'm not sure if the aim sensitivity somehow affects that, because I keep mine relatively slow. |
