I heard about a new patch for Dust that was supposed to fix a lot of issues with the previous builds.
I logged in for the first time in 2 months today to check it out.
I'll see you all in 2 months. |

Kind of disappointed a huge fix-it patch that was supposedly going to get rid of some of the major technical issues that plague this game...made virtually no difference.
In fact I believe not one but two builds were released during my time gone and the game still doesn't play any differently. |

I have virtually no lag, no frame rate issues, controls feel great, the game looks great. Maybe the problems is with your internet connection. |

have to agree with Kage game feel's and play's great my only issue is the whole iron sight thing but trying to get past that for now till
we have more options |

The iron sight may be the one issue that causes me to not enjoy game at all. My advice add red-dot scope as attachment to weapon. What went from semi-difficult for me has become very aggravating. Bad enough that there is no separation between someone with 500k skill points with that of 2.5mil skill points but you drop the only thing that helped the new player. Balance is necessary. The other point, little girls like killing by running enemy over with vehicles. I might be a little ***** but hey let's drop vehicle hit damage. I don't mind the little girls dropping infantry with the heavy tank but I'm sick of being run over by the rides. Weapon damage only would be nice, discourage going 14/0 because you can drive around running people over. Thanks for letting me say my piece. |

so far the maps are much more balanced from the little bit i played.
the doom mode for the HMG is better from what my heavy that never visits this e-peen stroking place. the lack of scopes means AR users will actually have to use skill instead of just quick scoping with an AR.
shotgun is still a frustrating piece of work and the terrain is sticky on hills and other places. makes it very infuriating in a gun fight. |

If you think there's no improvement in this build then you're nuts!
Almost everything that made codex unplayable has improved, also no lag, gameplay is smoother.
I think you're just butt hurt because there's no new gear etc, well tough ti- tty soldier......I guess you're outta luck.
Now run along like a good little blueberry and come back when you ripen.  |

The build sucks, AR optik? Or do we play dust 1942... with every new build game become more *****.. this orange loading thingy for BF fans.. the maps change is ok but also thats it, bye. |

This new patch is kitten awesome. Gameplay is super smooth, and love the new maps/variations. Overall it just feels more finished than any of the previous builds. I've so far have only ecnoutered one bug, and it was the file corrpt bug when i first installe the patch. All I had to do wsa restart the game and it was fixed. If YOU however still find any major tech issues then report them for kitten's sake! Seriously, "no difference"? the patch has only been out for a day, how long did you even spend testing? |

I had some little micro freeze/lag yesterday (maybe cause i was playing on the US server), but we are moving on the right direction, this game now is "faster" and smoother. I'm really enjoying this new patch! |

its not perfect but there is some improvement, there is still lag but its not glitchie anymore . I still have player tracking problems where players are disappearing off the screen in a open field.The game play is still boring for the fact of lack of players, I dont want to be a army of one but there is never any players around. By the time you got your team mates jumping in turrents, tanks, snipering your left with about 3 or 4 people actually trying to take objectives with no squad orders of course because you cant kick the idiot out. |
