I'm just wondering why CCP and Sony have not updated the build in the PS Store??
Its still the 2673MB Codex Build. Reason I'm asking is because I wanted to do a clean install, by deleting the build I've back from April to just the newest one, instead of updating the same old. Its also easier to download the client from the PS Store because you've the option to pause the download, which comes in very handy for people with slow internet connections like myself. I can't really download 2673MBs and then download the new patch. |

Some people had problems with the patch and redownloaded the game from PSN which was the latest version. |

the client is updated since April. its a lot smaller now, not sure if the store client is updated with Chromosome or not though. but Codex was rolled in to the client last so... |

the client i downloaded from the store was 3.01 which was the Codex build.
i am now patching to Chromosome v3.03
the Store does NOT contain the latest build
edit: you can see one of my old posts regarding the 3.01 client in the store and what all changed with it : https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=417897#post417897
with the 3.01 client it stayed at under 3GB where as previously you would have up to 8GB of Dust data causing all kinds of issues. |

Thanks for the clarification, I just checked the PS Store, and I also figured out that the build on there would be Codex, because its the same 2673MB one. Unfortunately, I'm just going to have to go ahead and update the OLD build from April, because honestly I don't have the time or Internet that can handle downloading 6GB  .
I hope that doesn't cause issues for me, I'm fine with it being over 8GBs, but wouldn't want any freezes or other issues. I hope CCP and Sony work on thinking about people like me with slow internet, and get the build updated in the store with every new release...

It seems that EU PSN store has or had different client than US PSN store.
All I had to do on EU PSN was delete old build with around 6 GB of data and download client from PSN around 2.7 GB. Update for chromosome was there otherwise I would not be able to play the same day with 4MB pipe.
Maybe EU PSN was updated faster ?? |

I downloaded the client from the EU PSN store yesterday and it was definitely Chromosome. After installing I could just run the game without any extra patching. |
