The new recoil on the AR's is false recoil the gun does a lot of bumping and jumping but still shoots super straight. All that bumping did was make it slightly harder to hit moving targets. Also why wait to get through half the magazine to have upward muzzle drift?
Also maybe CCP weapon designers should fire some real weapons because the jumping on the AR's is highly over exaggerated. I've served 5 years as an 11b and any rifleman can tell you his M16, M4, Scar-L never bumped this much.

I have one question. In your years as a rifleman, how many Gallente Assault Rifles did you use? Did some of your friends use Forge guns as well?
Bumping is fine, no need to go overboard. This is from the guy that played Battlefield a lot, and I'm used to recoil easily. |

Well I never fired a Gallente AR in real life but I would assume that a super soldier clone who has enhanced strength and reflexs could control his super AR. |

I don't get this community sometimes.
At times people complain that the 'modern' representations of weapons and features aren't good because of the future setting DUST is portraying (Don't have to lead targets because 'bullets' hit instantly).
At other times, people defend features even though they are incredibly modern (exaggerated recoil). |

That's just how it is here. I think it's funny how you can shoot half way through your mag before your barrel drifts upwards. |
