is this possible yet? on keyboard settings but i cant see a way of remapping the keys, and its stuck on WASD which i cant play as im left handed..

i will remap the WASD keys to the Cursor Keys, thats my normal setup, Delete=jump, end=duck, right control=throw nade, etc you get the idea.
just cant use WASD atm, hopefully the patch to remap will be soon.

Yes seems you still can't remap which mean for me i can't play :( back to planetside 2 then untill next build (which will eventually give keymapping) |

Sorry to piggyback a question here but has mouse sensitivity been increased I stoped playing the last keyboard and mouse update when sensitivity was way to slow even at implemented max settings.. Keyboard remap would be a plus as well ! |

NVM downloaded the update and tried it out still real slow sensitivity at 100% when is the Keyboard and Mouse getting some much needed TLC ? |

Sensitivity wasn't really "broken". It is backwards. The mouse zoom in Eve is the same way, entirely what you wouldn't expect. Turn the sensitivity "down" for higher sensitivity. Turning it all the way up just makes you turn super slow. |

do you even know what mouse sens is about?
your opinion that there is/was nothing wrong. there was nothing much wrong with the way it was 2 patches back. they broke sensitivity for people who dont/wont own a new mouse with on the fly onboard sensitivity switches. glad to know it isnt fixed and with respect people like yourself are still posting nothing was wrong., running low on this months bandwith on this connection, saves me downloading. |

So I just started using my new mic, well I don't really think 'Z' is a good key for MIC use. I threw a grenade with 'X' by accident and killed myself. Also it's just in an awkward position to be running with WASD and trying to press Z also. maybe there's a better key we can use?.. |

Hello,
I'm agree with Retributionz Evani. Remap option for keyboard is essential.
I'm oldskull left handed gamer and need to have a possiblity to use arrow keys.I like to play FPS from time to time, but i need the same setup in every game.
I also bought PS3 exclusivly for Dust 514. I think that CCP should thnik of applying this option very serious and very fast, if they have reached a goal, that people (like me) decided to buy PS3 only because of CCP's application.
I'm also waiting for a feedback from Devepolers according to above matter.

DEVS respond to some of the most irrelevant threads on here and us minority KB/M user want to at least know if the sensitivity and maping is coming "soon"
Sure you could say KB/M is irrelevant but a lot of the PC shooters like myself have invested a lot of time and/or money because of keyboard and mouse being in Dust..
I can personally see the sensitivity not getting any quicker or KB/M user will completely dominate the field, I think devs want to keep it this speed to stay at speed with the analog.. (this is why im trying to get used to it) but there is no reason not to let us remap the keyboard... |

before some patches ago they had button redunctancy layout which helped with some thigns and also i used to beable to use muose wheel or the W S keys to cycle threw the fittings in the supply depos now i die alot just from switchign my fits in battle causr i gotta use the damn arrow keys |

Joining the choir. The current binding scheme puts left-handers into *big* disadvantage on situations where you need to maneuver precise and fast manner.
Please, if you can't implement rebindings now, at least make another fixed binding set for left-handers! |

I often reach over with my right hand to hit x for a grenade, or take my fingers off the wasd, which makes me stand still as I throw a grenade. I cant cook either way, leaving the AV grenades the only real option for me to use. |

The kb needs the ability to remap specific equipment and squad orders to keys as the Mouse cannot handle the onscreen wheel menu very well, if at all.. |

In answer to the question on the mouse sensitivity - it's being worked on currently. With the help of the forums we have identified the key issues and we hope to deploy a patch that resolves these concerns very soon.
As for keyboard remapping, we are working through a list of prioritised tasks and this feature is among those. At this moment in time we are utilising all available resources to deliver a smoother Uprising experience. |

I am a little concerned that the Devs meant what we got in Uprising versus what we wanted for remapping.
To me remapping the keys and buttons meant that I could assign an action to any individual button/key. The Devs delivered a new set of DS3 controller layouts that were remapped.
I suspect we are destined to be disappointed in this situation. |
