As Zombie stated above, we have set up a training academy that will be useful for newer players to hone your skills, where our directors and veteran players will help you get set up and learn the basics. G'day fellas, Just downloaded Dust today and spent a few rounds seeing how i do on console FPS haha (PC FPS gamer ;))
Played a few ambush maps and was in the top 3 on the board, then went to skirmish where i ran into some rift members and holy hell it was hard trying to get past their sights 
I sent an App earlier but i cant log on atm :( So see you again in game!! |

I have been playing since the open beta came out and I have a strong grasp of the skill trees and economy. Though not much unlocked other than what is needed to advance in the assault class area. |

Yes we have room and are happy to take on newer players. If you need help, we're happy to give advice and assist your fittings and whatnot. Send in an application and we'll pick you up ASAP to see how things go.

Lots of new names filing into RIFT on a daily basis now - great to see and thanks to everyone who has joined through this thread.
Interested? Full members of RIFT will benefit from being able to take part in regular high end corporation matches and will be eligible for bonuses and special equipment once the corporation armoury mechanic is added to the game.
Feel free to chat with one of us in-game for more info - we have set up a specific recruitment channel on RIFT Recruitment for this purpose.

go to "search corp" stick in the corp name hit search and just hit x when you the corp you want to join, it'll bring up a menu saying "apply to corp" and "see info". |

Hello I'm new and not sure which Corp to choose from. There is too many so I have narrowed it down to just a few. If it is ok I would like to maybe join a squad sometime this week if it is ok? I'm on est. Time and can play Monday through Wednesday from 10am to 1pm. Then Friday anytime but early in the morning. The for your time and really looking forward to playing with y'all.

Getting some really good people coming in lately and things are looking bright for the future of RIFT. We've now got around 200 players in including the Academy of Riftyness and the CEO has told me today that we're aiming for 1,000 by the end of the year! I sent in an app to the Academy of Riftyness, as I kept bungling the search for R.I.F.T (noob mistake with the periods on my part), was that the incorrect application process? Just wanted to make sure I hadn't shot myself in the foot on this application.
As a side note, I have limited time for squading (usually 7:30 - 8:00 AM CST, or 17:30 - 18:00 PM CST depending on the month), and I do not have a Mic.
Logisitcs (currently fitting with nano-hive, rep tool, and Nanite Injector) expecting to skill in DS Piloting eventually. |

Sorry to interject this in the recruitment conversation, but I wasn't sure where else to post. Does R.I.F.T have any sort of communication network outside of In-Game chat? I tried searching via Google, but understandably was crushed with a deluge of "RIFT" MMO search pages.
Squading up this morning was awesome (it was fun to finally be able to begin to logi properly, without getting spawn griefed repeatedly), and I was just curious of any alternate communications that may exist. |
