OK so I came up with a crazy idea that will must likely be shot down by everyone who views this but here I go
So EVE players will be able to launch orbital strikes and such upon our enemys but what would we do for eve players? Perhaps us dusters can be hired by eve players as turret operators (if the ship can be maned with manable turrets which ik doesent exsit in eve :/ yet...and is large enough) As turret operators the dust mercs will man turrets aboard a ship and attack any hostile ships and as a interesting idea they can also repair the ship a bit should they had brought a repair tool...which will lead to the operators to run about the ship keeping it together, making a intense situation..
The other idea is boarding parties...the role of theses guys are simple...they stick to their soilder role and simple board the enemy ship and can sabotage key points in the ship to cripple it and make it a easy target...of course the turret operators (if there were any) can fight back and defend the ship but if there are none, then the ship owner can buy a defence system to fight back the intruders
This was just something I wanted to try as a idea...I think this will make EVE corps want more dusters in their corp so they can do this which will make a lot of cooperation |

Plus, have fun trying to twitch game shooting down something like an interceptor moving 6km per second) and as a interesting idea they can also repair the ship a bit should they had brought a repair tool...which will lead to the operators to run about the ship keeping it together, making a intense situation..(So you'd have them running up and down corridors on a ship, the smallest of which is the size of a 747.)

Add in the fact that cap ships are a dime a dozen. Even titans are all over the place. Most anyone will go for are stations and POS since those are a pain in the rear anyways.)

Again, I don't see any way that this could be beneficial for either game. It sounds cool, but isn't practical, and would just get to be monotonous quite quickly. |

Taking over a important marketplace somehow will make a cop/alliance, and anyone who is in it very, very, very rich |

Change it to where if they shoot it, it blows up. It hasn't been done, and we've been (well I have) asking for it to be that way |

If you're talking about outposts then most of those are not market places. All the main thriving markets are in high sec. Going to blow up the stations? |
