I had been debating whether to post my idea or not. I have played many different types of fps and participated in several fps betas. So sufficed to say I do know what I'm talking about. With that being said, my suggestion is to limit available spawn areas. To remove the ability to spawn at objectives specifically. With this in place, transport vehicles will actually be utilized wide spread. Also spawn beacons would have a much stronger role on the battlefield. Reviving and waiting to be revived will become even more pivotal to holding objectives. |

You have some valid points here. But the problems I see with limitet Spawn areas are: - the Ambush (random spawn systeem) is horrobly broken - a lot of blueberries do not revive (sometimes I ask myself if they carry a nanoinjector just to teas us fallen clones) - a limitation on spawn areas makes spawncamping even easier as it is right now |

spawn caming will never go away...its just something that we will have to deal with. Some corporations actually encourage spawn camping and consider to be a tactical advantage. which i can see the sense in that but its still wrong.
You know when you go into a skirmish match and you can choose to spawn on the ground infront of the MMC or inside the MCC itself? what they need to do is implement one of two things...an NPC dropship carrying the teams in at the same time but never stops and we all jump out.
Or like those invisible nodes on the ground infront of the MMC,the flashing circle. have more of them but have them randomly change each battle. so you can choose where you want to spawn in at without the threat of spawn caming as much |

Thats a cool Idea! But I guess Dropship plilots won't fall in love with this ^^. |

Yeah, if they are determined to spawn camp it will happen, but it is harder in this situation. Simply because some will have to respawn from the base, then travel back to the frontline line. Which I hope would be a enough for the defenders to get out. Ambush is broken, but I am in favour of random spawns for that mode. In skirmish, the red line should cover more area surrounding the base, to somewhat limit people from sitting right outside the base. |

if you want to get rid of spawn camping, then you could give newly spawned clones a few seconds of invincibility to get their bearings and kill any spawn campers. call it an after effect of the teleportation that your atom's Quantum Probability Waves have not fully collapsed and bullets just pass through you.
that, or put automated turrets on the Drop Uplinks and CRUs |
