Since people Can use modded controllers, I say we drop the tac rifles ROF down to that of a sniper rifle so when they use the Tac Rifle it shoots like someone just pressed R1 8D |

Even tac sniper speed is too slow, honestly. I will agree that some sort of speed cap is obviously in order, and it honestly just makes sense considering that it really shouldn't be able to exceed the firing rates of a full-auto weapon.
