I am an insomniac, and trust me I am not enjoying this one bit. I took some xannax to get some sleep but it was only for a few hours and I still feel mentally and physically exhausted.

The swelling has gone down slightly, the benadryl may be working but it is the childrens version. There is no instructions for an adult dose. :( so I am just going to double dose it.

There is also alot of stuff I absolutely can't eat but I break the rules sometimes. So my dieting is probably why I always talk about food.
