THIS APPLIES ONLY IN SKIRMISH
1- In the skirmish battles youre supposed to be a merc that is coming aboard the mcc to conquer a district, but at the begining of the game you are in the window that is showed when you die. I think that either everyone should HAVE to make his/her first spawn on the mcc but it would be an insta spawn bcause technically theyre already there or that you can chose where to spawn but the spawn in the mcc wouldnt have a spawn timer (this would be only when you begin the game after being on the war barge and would work only for the first spawn)
2- Your first spawn shouldnt use the clone reserves (again only if you are at the begining of a game) because you ARE on the mcc and this clone isnt from a CRU give by the company youre contracted by.
3- In skirmish games when you lose because your clone reserves were depleted you see 16 people on the battlefield with 0 clone reserves and as soon as one dies the game is over I think that when you have 0 clones in your RESERVES the game shouldnt end but you would die and won be able to respawn This mean you will be like real soldier just 1 life and no respawn this means that at the ed you wont see 16 red dots , you will see 0 because all of them should be death. (ive always liked this the feeling of being the last hope your team has)
You will think:" But is the last soldier gets hidden therest of thebattle would be endless and boring" This is why thiscould only be applied to skirmish because you dont HAVE to win be elimination ; you can also win by controling points and you wont have one soldier that in the redline which you have to kill in order to win

sure? I dunno ._. I like skirmish the way it is...
can we apply this this to maybe ambush? give us some CRU's in ambush that way theres something to still hack its not just boring major wars where people do something but camp and sit there 8D |

Ending the match when the first player can't respawn is there to eliminate boredom for the losing team as much as the winning team.
Imagine sitting on the respawn screen for ten minutes unable to start a new match because your current match hasn't ended due to one player sitting back in base.
It would be equally boring for the winning team. Redlines are already thumb twiddling for the majority of players. Now imagine nobody even trying to get out of their base.
There aren't many Skirmish matches where you can make a comeback after losing your clone reserve. |

In the case of hiding your clone to draw out the match, if you are on the loosing team, you should be able to receive your SP and ISK then have the option to quit out back to your merc quarters.
Also, there could be some kind of Last Man Standing bonus that you receive if you win as the LMS. It would give players a reason to do something other than hide under a rock until the timer runs out (Ambush).
Lastly, lets say one team is getting steamrolled and they have 0 clones left but there is still like 8 minutes left in the match (Ambush), perhaps there could be like a "Force quit" or "Force retreat" (however you want to put it) so that if one team gets completely decimated in, let's say, less than 6 or 7 minutes, the game would force the last remaining players to surrender/retreat/quit/cry. |
