And or small group to start a corp with, i want communicators and relatable people. If its all business its all dull. I have a headset and plan on using it.
If its for a corp, i have no ambition to climb to the top. Staying an ensign is fine by me, if I do move up i want to earn my place. Im specd for capturing objectives and harassing targets, getting the occasional kill. In my BF3 clan i was lead tactician and coordinated assaults.
Things to know.
1. Business is business, play is play, i know when and where.
2. I will constantly bogard an objective even if my K/D dwindles, granted there is a plan.
3. No.
4. If youre 12 your voice hurts my ear sod off.
5. EST time zone.
6. If your corp is at war with another do not bother, i will not be ham slammed because your shotty diplomats cant hold their tongues.
7. Finally, no tools, im in this for the long run, if youre gone after the beta, not interested.
8. I cant believe i have to put this, i will automatically filter you out if you offer me isk compensation for recruitment. My services are purchased not my loyalty.

You seem to be exactly the kind of person i want in my corp the Eutradtes Fighting Guild -a corp based around the idea of good tactics being more important than gear and heck skill some times. I will warn you this is a VERY small corp but i aim to soon change that. but i don't have a mic and i'm in Central time.
