Hmmm...I sure do like the idea of being pink and fluffy...
I'm an experienced tanker (4 mil SP solely into tanks) and am a newly free agent looking for employment. I have sent in my applications in game, and online. Call a corp hopper, but what would you do if your CEO blew 300,000,000 ISK and then accused all his leaders of being spies?
Anyhow...I have really big guns and I make stuff blow up.

Applicant Guidelines
 3 Million Skill Point minimum
With respect to KDR, as a guideline, new applicants should have:
Assault / Heavy / Scout = 2.0 KDR
Logistics = 1.5 KDR
Tankers = 3.0 KDR
Meeting these guidelines is not any sort of guarantee that you will get in. If you do not meet these guidelines, we still welcome you to apply and impress us; these guidelines are not set in stone.
These are guidelines for the level of performance we will be looking for, with the ultimate decision coming from your 1-2 week tryout period. Stat-padders and KDR whores remain unwelcome at PFBHz, and we will be looking for teamwork and good attitude on top of any in-game performance.
