Back in September I believe for approximately 3 days over the course of the weekend, CCP offered and Limited Time offer of get all 3 MAG tribute suits. Multiple CCP notable's can be quoted saying things like "Get out and buy the limited MAG Suit bundle. There will be collector items. Get them before they're gone forever. Buy multilple packs as these will become very valuable."
Now all 3 of these tribute suits are available to anyone for 12,800 Aur. What happend to the collectablility of these items and the rarity? CCP, you lied and decieved me. I want my money back for the extra 2 merc packs I apparently would have never needed. 40,000 Aurum was more that enough for me to Purchase all 3 Mag Tribute suits and still have plenty for militia BPO's.
If I have to I will have a lawyer look into this fraudulent action as a "False Advertisment Scam".
What are you going to do CCP?

On the off chance this is not a troll, but the most self important person on the planet. IIRC CCP never said the suits were exclusive to that weekend, they simply said that the pack with the suits for free was exclusive to that weekend. Meaning they are free to sell them if they want (they even listed the price they were going to be sold at in the announcement post). |

I picked up the suits, they're useful, also having a 12,800 AUR item (no wait three of them) thrown in for free on top of the Merc pack seems like a good value. Offering them for AUR via the market is a reasonable move that can allow new players who wish to spend a bit of IRL cash to lose less ISK while getting their bearings within the context of a new game and established players/characters. |
