I believe this goes here. Was wondering if it was supposed to go into "the locker room" section, but it's Dust related soooo...
Every game today I got mega WPs. There was always someone to heal and some people to repair.
Blew up a tank. Blew up some installation with a blaster installation. Ripped the shields of a couple of tanks with my new flux grenades and they were promptly executed by my comrades. I ended up as the only death for this heavy thanks to the shotgun on one of my fittings.
Got a thank you message (never thought i'd use that thing) commending my logi-game, which really made my day.
Last game was slide-show quality, but in the beginning, I had this drop up-link being camped by some dude. I was being stupid and spawning into it, just to die immediately, about 8 times. Didn't care because I was using a completely free Dragonfly fitting
Today was just the best.
Anybody else got tales of an exceptionally positive game/game day in Dust? |

Fool, and still happy with this...
8 clones less for rest ppl that try hard to win...

I prefer using remote explosives with my logi just so I can take out heavies easily.
It's a OHK, plus heavies are slow moving and tend to get cocky, so they go around blind corners without thinking.
It's always fun to watch fatty fly. |

I use to use Remote Explosives before precursor. They were quick back then. |

I've been having a great day too.
Couple of bad moments, one game where I was getting slaughtered by someone who seemed to be immune to shotgun fire (I unloaded 5 shots into his face at point-blank without cracking his shield) then the game locked up on me...
But I decided that, after some experimentation on my vehicle-focused alt, I wanted to run a half-decent cheap HAV on my main, so I built a Blaster Sica and have been rolling through a fwe matches here and there. When it dies, I don't care, because I"m making back my costs and then some. |

I had nice moment yesterday. My squad leader (in a HMG suit) said "out of ammo, anyone got a..."; "hive dropped right behind you" I said while I started to rep his armour back up.
Not a massive thing, obviously, but the gentle satisfaction you get from doing the job just right.

Exactly. I always like being the support kind of guy in MP games, mostly for this reason. |
