I am unable to purchase aurum from the play station market, as well as in game. In game it says the service you requested is unavailable. And in store it says you can not buy add on because I don't own dust? Please help |

I'm sorry about the problem. Can you please clarify which store is giving you that problem?
I've tried to purchase AURUM in the European and British PlayStation Store and seems to work correctly.

Sorry I am from the state of Nevada, in the USA. And I am unable to buy aurum both in game, and in the store. It says I can't buy aurum add on because I first must own the dust beta. Which I do

That was the petition, or, you can go to this page and click on the link there. That is a bug reporting tool that may help as well. |

OK well I don't think it's a bug. My psn account doesn't show dust under downloads, I don't think it recognises I have a dust account. |

I go to market and any attempt to add aurum to my account fails. I get a message that says
" There is no content available at this time. Please try again later."
I have added aurum to my account before... this is really making me mad as I cant put a booster on my account |
