First of all, this isn't a corp like any other. Due to technicality, it is a corp, but in reality, it is a school to help those want our help in developing critical skills and knowledge for all fields or developing pertinent skills and knowledge in a specific trade. Once you feel ready to move on, feel free to do so at any time. This school demands no commitment.
GOALS It is the goal of this school to take those who need guidance in Dust and give them guidance. We do it for the grace of not seeing Dropships crash right after takeoff. We do it for the grace of seeing a sniper of use. We do it to bring an end to the Age of Blueberries. We wish to see mercenaries doing what they want to properly.
Another goal of this corp is to relieve other corporations of the job of training. Corps should focus on battles rather than teaching their new recruits.
The Benefits Official Students: Students will receive ISK to fund their trials to learn the trade of their choice. Students will also get on-field runs with our teachers who will also help you out in fittings, SP management, strategies, and "secrets of the trade". Students also will get exclusive access to the BSotT Library*
Teachers: You'll get paid! You can also write your trade-specific help in the BSotT Library* and will get a bonus of ISK. Payment is negotiable and occurs when a teacher asks and is in acceptable terms. * - BSotT Library is not up and running yet but will be soon ~All official members will be able to have a Letter of Recommendation sent to a corporation of their choosing if they pass an on-field test. Letters of Recommendation are our form of diplomas in essence.~
Out of Corp:
Students: We do accept out-of-corp students, but they'll lack the benefits of a true student. They'll be able to attend our school lectures but on field training preference will be given to official students. Out-of-corp students will also lack funding from our wallet, access to the BSotT Library, and will not be granted letters of recommendation. Assets: We do accept assistance from outside of our corp, in the forms of teaching, guest lectures, and in the future, funding. Payment can come in 2 kinds, ISK or sponsorship. Mail Bojo The Mighty for details on sponsorship.
Hey, I Don't Need Training and Don't Want To Teach! Then how would you like to be part of Bojo's School of the Trades: Lab Rats Division? All you need to do is test out new things, explore the bounds! We'll supply the ISK, you do the field work. We want to see what the Fastest HAV can do, how an LAV convoy would work, and other questions! So if you're not interested in training or teaching, we still could use you for field testing. BSotT Lab Rats would then post their findings in the BSotT Library.
Current Classes

Well this is more of a "train the new kid then move on" kind of thing. Honestly if you are good at something I'll pay you to help new kids, but newbies go off and join some corp with a "dark" in it. |

Wanted most in particularly: People who aren't ashamed of learning, People who do not like wasting SP, the Experienced (teachers) who feel that corps would be better off without rookies weighing them down. |

Right on, but this also needs students to work, so if I could start some sort of agreement among some corps to help them out in training, then this could work.
Wanted: Corporation Agreements/Alliance (I am aware of yours D3LTA) to redirect batches of rookies. Teachers on standby until we get students, I'm looking at Skihids for some DS flying. Free Healing on Logistics (But you got your corp so maybe an Alternate?) or another skilled L.O.T.I.S. member Someone good on Scout suit uses, fittings, and tactics.
Bojo's School of the Trades, like most universities, will use resources to experiment on strategies, squad formations, and perhaps do a little hypothetical question answering (What would happen if you put Torque boosters and nanofiber on LLVs?).
So if you do a little LAV driving/DS piloting, this corp could use you guys later on for testing out things like LAV convoys and a sky filled with Dropships.
If you plan to use an alternate for this corp, for the sake of recognition, perhaps you could just add a profession title to your main name. For instance mine would be Dr. Bojo or Professor Bojo. |

So I see some interest particularly in DS flying, and I can train you guys up to the basics of actually flying.
However, I'm looking for a real pro on dropship flying, including strategies, fittings, and DS experiments. Also looking for Pro-HAV drivers, and Pro LAV drivers.
Remember to put in an actual application, not just say that this looks interesting and would like to join. |

We need the people. I have the SP for expansion as well. However, if you can't see yourself leaving your corp, even for a little bit, I can arrange to have you be a guest teacher. However, official staff will be given preference, power, and money if they care for it. So you couldn't be up to date officially, but guest teaching can be acceptable to a point. Also, official staff/students can get letters of recommendation from this School when they want to move on. |

Here is an update:
1 more guest spot available. CEO talk is filled.
4 more teachers minimum.
12 more students minimum.
The guest spot would preferably be done by some one a little more famous. It can be on anything except being a CEO as that guest speaker slot has been filled.
4 teachers- Looking for a Heavy to teach for a month at least. Also looking for a LogiPro and a master in the field of Squad leadership. Others are also welcome but these are my first preferences.
12 students- Students should also write what they want to learn/expect, so I may cater to them.
That is all. |

Preference: Looking for a master of the Assault trade. I'm unaware if Jack of all Trades is an Assault merc, yet to get in touch with him/her.
One of my students is interested in HAVs. I need to get him a mentor on that subject, please register if you're willing. |

9-10 students spots, again depends how a situation turns out.
Majority of students seek Field Tactics and Strategies on Assault fittings. There's always been the interest in vehicles as well. Looking for a HAV driver to fill the hole in that as DS and LAV are covered.
Update on status. Our reopening will not occur until after the corporation tournament.
Feel like you all should know that BSotT was around since closed beta, we know what we're doing.
Current Contacts and Guest Lectures
Jaww Cloud- Being A CEO
Sandromin Hes- Field Tactics 101
If you plan on being a CEO, I recommend you registering before you miss Jaww Clouds exclusive lecture.
I also recommend being there for Sandromin Hes' talk on strategies, as I've seen his work on the battlefield. Sandromin Hes will also be an out-of-corp asset who will be teaching the occasional class.
If you live in the Australian/NZ areas, your main contact will be Vyzion Eyri, a former sprout of BSotT. He may be making an alt for this school, if so he would most likely direct you to it.
Vermaak Doe will be using an alt for this school, a beast of a Sniper if I may. |

So current non-secret agenda rolls as so:
- Settle Classes, Organize Assets (Halfway through)
- Join up with our Alliance (That part is secret)
- Expand both divisions, classes and lab rats. Goal is to have perpetual classes.
- Engage in mock corp battles for classes and lab rat runs
- (ISK Transfer required this point and on) Open officially for Out-of Corp Training
- Lab Rat Team will be for hire
- Hopefully we'll have big classes and operate like a real university.
- Rinse and Repeat
This is an FYI for people to see exactly where the Yellow Brick Road goes. Our key points to expand upon will be Classes. Lab Rats are always welcome but our Lab Rats are to become a sector of future funding. Our main priority is to be getting organized and to do so we'll need a little more members to keep a steady amount of people on at a time so classes can become potentially perpetual.
I'm putting this agenda out here for a reference to all. We're not out to go murdering in the name of some fictional cause, we're out to be sort of like scholarly monks...so I'm being pretty open. Also we're really loose and slacked, so there's nothing is set in stone.
Our teachers are chill and the students overly modest. I mean some days, you just want to roll and don't want to run book work. So that's what we do. But we do (not yet damn) have a library to be stocked up on fittings and playbooks that can be accessed, and we will occasionally post a sampler in training grounds.
Sit back enjoy the ride you third parties. Open a brew, enjoy a tune.

Updated Mission Post
We're still looking for some deals that we can make for the future with other corporations.
So I'm proposing a pre-emptive Funding Sponsorship deal. In the future with ISK transfers, a company would be able to send over an agreed amount of ISK to help fund our operations. In return, they'd be granted a sort of "allowance" within our corp.
- They may be able to receive some info from our library system
- Have our Lab Rats test for them
- Could be allowed to borrow some students/teachers for aid in battles
- Get be recommended to our students (like an advertisement for your corp within school place
I'm probably way too far ahead of myself on this but just think on this...
Students are always welcome, no commitment is necessary. We have active Assault Class, Logi Class, and general tactics sessions. There's also just the random lecture and Q&A. For instance, today I had a lecture on how my Heavy Student should direct his SP given the conditions he's under.
Also, feel free to leave feedback here on a 3rd party perspective of this school. Good, bad, mas o menos? |

So I've been rather busy and but my solid return will signify Version 3.0 of the School.
3.0? What will be the difference?
Version 3.0 of the School will hopefully mark a much more interesting days.
Additions to Expect:
- A "deathclock" just expired on our Enjin and now we can get down to work. We will start the process of vigorously uploading into our Libraries with the coming of 3.0.
- A much more broadening corp. Planetary Conquest has been announced, as well as the War Council Beta. These will be much more progressive days and we plan to keep up. We are going to engage in minor conquest campaigns, for the benefit of our allies and ourselves. Lab Rats will be expanded as the new build is arriving in the near future. I also seek to organize a think tank to discuss issues that should be submitted to the War Council.
- I am considering making an addition in the future to better suit scholarly interest. I am considering adding Economics classes to be taught by Eve mentors *hint*.
- I plan to begin testing Out-of-Corp Business and will need propositions.
I'm sorry to the lack of BSOTT sight, I've been busy. But you'll probably see me a lot more often with the coming of the new Build.
Note to my lab rats: Vaerana, pure awesome work, I'm going to talk to you about your role in V 3.0. Scheneighnay: Keep up the good work. I've had my eye on that tactical test and I want to see Limbus work. You're quite the scientist.

Bojo's School of the Trades has promoted Manti5 Toboggan to teacher status and Hyrek is of interest! What does that mean? Well Manti5 is a proficient Assault merc and a bona fide shotgun surgeon. So that equates to a much more dedicated Assault mentor!
And Hyrek you say? Hyrek, should he accept and rise to the occasion, would fill a hole and make us whole, as he would become our first dedicated Heavy mentor!
Other exciting Propaganda!
If you haven't been keeping up, BSotT is on a course for hyper-progression, including expanding into Planetary Conquest, in effort with Dust Uni!

Want Ad 3/23/13 BSotT is global! We have staff in Australia! But we are looking to expand our teaching staff across the Earth to accommodate our students in other parts of the world (like in Ireland)! We need:
- Scout: EU and East Coast Nights
- Sniper: EU and GMT Nights
- Heavy: Any timezone, preferably besides West Coast.
- Assault: EU, East Coast, Australia
We're ambitious! Probably because of all this Pacific Sunshine! But we want some of the European and East Coast NA Vitamin D too! If you know your way around with a niche role and feel like making a contribution to the overall know how and competence to those who need help, join up with Bojo's School of the Trades.
Professional Titles Include: Dr. Professor Sensei Master Docent Swami Sir Lady Curator Journeyman
Journeyman? They're the twain between master and apprentice!
That's true, but that doesn't mean that they have no place. Those who feel decent at their job can fill a place at BSotT, where they can study up on our growing library of knowledge to hone their technique. They can do research and development on their trade and help give back knowledge, as it is power.

It's a comprehensive map of Planetary Conquest in the Molden Heath region. It has the info your corp needs to know for preemptive planning! Remember, this is based on the clues that the Devs left and the evidence that Vaerana found. I'm sure they wouldn't be so mean as to pave a false path...

Bojo's School of the Trades will be entering Version 3.0 as of May 6th, coinciding with Uprising. This is basically, an expansion to our lab rats division, which will be further funded and new features brought upon in Uprising will support our Lab Rats' efforts, such as wallet logs, 6 man squads, cheaper gear, new gear, and the downfall of UVTs.
We also plan to expand classes into sections such as politics, economics, and corporate management.
Politics-you will be toured across the universe, learning and studying the various corporations and alliances, learning what makes them tick and about events in community history of political nature *Spies! Cough Cough!*
Economics-this will start small, due to the fact that market has not arrived. However, we plan to bring in Eve support to instruct on what you should plan to expect and get you ready for the market before it is launched. Another segment of this is Dust 514 related, which is basic money management and ISK efficiency evaluation of fittings/campaigns.
Corporate Management - learn from CEO's themselves how to operate a corp and the ins and outs. We will try various techniques of instructing, from basic lecture, to mock-corporation control, to corporate observation.
These are what I am going to try and bring into BSOTT, expanding our abilities and our trades, to the more pacifist tastes.... |

We have people in various areas of expertise that I'm certain would be willing to offer their services. I'm positive we would be able to offer training as a corp in FW battles.
All we would want in return is an opportunity to recruit some of your most talented students. Heavies are short in our corp for a reason, they aren't so abundant. Very few new players see the heavy and say "I want that". They for the most part, are in the Logi-Assault realm, and even Scouts. So that and Dropship students are what we can throw your way.
We plan to cooperate with DUNI for FW training but thanks for the offer. We have a mean Mass Driver Logi, looking for a corp. He has distinguished corporate tastes though and that may be an obstacle for your corp. However, if you have a silver tongue, I'm sure you can vibrate the right frequencies.
However, for the sake of the all corporations, I'm going to see if I can't "turn" some students to the heavy side. |
