I have been playing this game long enough to have amassed a large contact base, I try to remove as many as I can but I often end up readding them or adding new ones to replace those I delete. This has led to me having to wait several minutes every time I start up a squad just to invite people. This improves significantly once I have loaded them, but I really wish this problem, whatever the reason, could be solved so that I could move past the loading circle of death and get back to playing the game that I really enjoy. |

Yep, CCP should fix the speed of the contact list. +1 to that.
Of course, we shouldn't even need to use the contact list most of the time, so it shouldn't be more than a minor annoyance. If we could invite to squad from chat channels that would be the case.

+1 Agreed.
Speeding up the intial loading of the contacts list is desirable, but also including an "invite to squad" option from any chat screen would be more convenient and fewer clicks than the contacts list itself.

Contacts list loading is slow, regardless of the numbers. |
