They think they have found and fixed the issue, but you'll have to wait till next build to see if it actually worked. My question is, why does it happen to you so regularly and only happen to me on rare occasions? Are you using port forwarding? Did you try putting the PS3 on the router's DMZ? Do you experience frequent packet loss? |

WTF kind of question is that. So you're telling me that I should have my sh*t on a packet sniffer to see if I do? Also, If you read any of my sh*t you would have seen what I've done. As for the DMZ: You can forget that. I'm glad you only have your PS3 on your network to do that with. Some of us run multiple Computers, PS3's, Servers, other devices and consoles that run on their network. As for making this report DAILY. I'll do what ever I want. If you don't like it REPORT IT. Who the F made you boss???
I aint the only mofo out there that's pissed about getting this issue. When the sh*t worked right yesterday A guy on the local chat tried to play the game for the FIRST F-EN time and couldn't cause of this ISSUE. If they want new players and or beta testers and wanna promote the sh*t to get them, they should fix the sh*t before promoting.

i to have had this "issue" (more like a game-ender). i've had this issue since BEFORE 0.6 release... it's been months.. i've reverted to loading the game up on a whim, whenever i feel like spending 5 minutes to load the game, 2 minutes searching for a battle, only to get put into a game where my team loses/wins within 5 seconds of me hitting the field. Get back to quarters and just LOOK for the squad indicator, if it's there, i quit... i figure by the time my hair finishes going grey they'll have this issue fixed.... IMHO, worst gameplay issue among any game i've ever played.... over 3 months wait time, i've gotten 5 battles in, made about 10 kills. ............but the graphics look good =/ |

So, After the Scheduled RESTART/DOWNTIME of Dust514 I'm able to play a few matches. All seems to be working as usual on my end. How long this will last is unknown. Time will only tell. Till then, I'm glad I'm able to play while it lasts. |

EDIT: So, for 3 hours I had nothing but trouble trying to get into a match. From 2pm Est. to 5pm Est. As of right now for the last hour I've been able to play with out to much trouble.
Edit2: 7:30pm Est. Seems it's back to the b*llsh*t grind of playing will it timeout and do I have to restart it again crap.  |

That's OK, sub, you got your dev response, and you even got told some steps to help nail down or fix the issue. It's not my fault you are too stupid to read your dev response, and too irresponsible for your mommy and daddy to trust you with the router password so you can set up the port forwarding to see if that fixes it.
Go ahead and get your panties in a twist because someone actually bothered to tell you **** to try that might help fix the problem

I have been experience the exact same issue. The funny thing is, it only occurs on one of my characters, my other character DJINN Riot, is able to squad and chat in local, and load characters list fine.
I am able to use the market, and manipulate fittings.
I am able to solo Q sometimes, more often then i was when this error first occured.(i can attempt to switch squads in the match, if i switch into a static squad, when the match ends, it will show me in no squad, and it appears to break the squad, and boot all players the next time they Q)
I am not able to Create a group.
I am not able to chat in local, or any channel.
I am not able to see player lists in a match, even after the match ends.(if i pull up the comms menu, I can see the other players names on my team)
I am not able to accept a squad invite, and get no notifications if someone sends me one. |

In the Sticky of the weekly news it states that the invalid label is fixed and will be in the next release. When that is is beyond me.

Status: Tracked. Fixed in the next build update.
Now my only concern is this.
Does the fix only fix the stupid message box? The one where you can't create Squad cause you're already in a Squad.
Or
Does it actually fix the f-en problem of not being able to get into a match cause of the stupid Timeout/Squad error.
My guess is on the first one. Whoopee.... |

I can also confirm that this is an active issue when I play Dust. The only solution is to exit the game and log back, which is a long non-effective solution, Can't wait for the fix to this (Can't wait to start playing again). Thx Devs. |

seems like it's happening to me again. doesn't matter if I am squad leader or not. It also happens if I voluntarily leave a match, but not 100% of the time. I left a match that I joined already redlined and attempted another match. It put me in the same one 3 times in a row, and on the third time I left, I stayed in team and had to turn off the game. |

tried logging into dust 514 to play a few rounds. The popup box is fixed roughly 50%, i can now hit 'x' to close the darn box... at least this way i can get a complete picture of my MQ again.... not like this matters because the "squad Leader" issue is still there. i too, can NOT forward my ports (other things have priority).
The squad issue (for me) has now gotten WORSE.  I cannot join a battle from the get-go, if i buy a new skillbook, i have to re-log to have it actually be recognized as bought so i can use it, and if i use the move controller, the game won't even FIND a battle for me!
So all in all on my side of the game i have:
1) no ability to buy AND use skills in same game session.
2) NO ability to use my move controller.
3) NO ability to even ENTER a battle.
I have logged in about 3x during the passed 2 weeks, only to get NOWHERE in/on the game. It's getting frustrating not being able to help or play this game at all. does ANYONE know when this problem is actually gonna be legitimately fixed? i only ask, because to date i've wasted more than 3 hours just LOGGING IN to the game to find i can't play it.
CCP, i've tested your game... the intro movie looks great (minus the non-matching subtitles). That's all the info i can give ya since i can't get passed MQ  |

This issue happened with me exactly once in the two weeks I've been on here. Quitting and rebooting the game fixed the issue. I do wonder why it happens to the TC constantly though.
