For heavies, I can two-stab kill them with the Ishukone knife in just about 2 - 2.5 seconds which is pretty fast. That's because most of the heavies I run into are not so advanced. Very rarely do I ever run into the ultra tough ones which take three stabs and a melee.

Knives are second class to pistol+melee.

You're sprinting for 19.5s and walking for 0.5s. This is with the Dragonfly scout suit...so only 2 low power modules. With 3 modules it would be 209.5m. If you skilled up to level 1 on endurance you'd do 211.8m with 20s of sprint and no walk. For the fun of it, with the same setup (3 complex vigors) you'll do 100m in 9.4s which is just under Usain Bolt's world record pace of 9.58s. While the description indicates there is a stacking penalty on biotics the dropsuit stat screen would indicate no penalty is currently applied for stacking 2 of the same biotic module. For those who were curious, once you go beyond 1 sprint/walk cycle you can almost duplicate the effective speed of the vigor biotics by using a comparable endurance or mobility module (which cost less CPU/PG). The tandem Vigor modules are still overall the fastest combination but only by a few percent. I have a spreadsheet that will allow me to calculate the effects of using any combination and level of vigor, endurance and mobility modules with any dropsuit and skillbooks bonuses and armor penalities to either calculate distance travelled in a given time or time to travel a given distance. I'm a dork...
