I'm one of your random blueberries, but that DOESN'T mean I'm not down with teamwork. I haven't got a Mic, but if I know what my team is trying to do, I try to help them out.
If no one is talking that I can hear, I start trying to flank positions, pick off snipers, kill LAV's, or even grab an LAV of my own and see how many hood ornaments and cool jumps I can get.
If someone is bothering to communicate, I am more than willing to grab my logi and lay out some spawn points where they are needed, or even follow some forge gunner around as his personal repair *****. Hell, even if all you're saying is "pushing A" or "Hostiles pushing C" I'll cover you as best I can.
A LOT of you corp guys complain about how bad "blueberries" suck, but how often do you bother communicating with them instead of only talking to your own merry little band? If you don't tell your blueberries what you are trying to do, you have NO right to ***** when they don't provide any support or engage in teamwork.
TL:DR Don't ***** about the lack of teamwork when you can't be bothered to tell your team what you are trying to do. |

Just because a person can't talk doesn't mean they can't hear. You ***** about blueberries sucking, but you can't be bothered to give squad commands, and you can't be bothered to tell them what your doing. Well I can't be bothered to read your mind.
Use your squad leader commands and tell your team what to do over the mic, otherwise, it's not the team's fault you can't get any teamwork, it's YOURS.
If a leader can't be bothered to lead, why should those under him be bothered to follow?
Instead of whining about the blueberry menace, try actually leading. I'm not going to waste the money on a ps3 microphone, when the evidence I am shown says that no-one uses them.
Back when I was a young buck-seargent, I was taught that if you don't tell Pvt. Pyle what you expect from him, he's going to "do the best he can" and more than likely foul everything up. This isn't Pvt. Pyles fault, but rather the result of a lack of guidance and leadership from his superiors.
Now, on the other hand, if you are barking clear and understandable orders, and the guy still doesn't listen, then you have problems. |

Why? You're too stuck up on your high horse to bother using yours with people outside your little clique. As long as people like you are too full of themselves to be bothered comunicating with people outside their little "clan", you don't deserve any teamwork or support.
Unless you are willing to step up and take the responsibility of leadership, you have NO right to ***** about a lack of teamwork.
Lead, Follow or Get out of the way. |
