Im planning on playing Eve for the first time and all this beacause od dust (just like you planned it CCP)
but first i have some question:
Can i have the same Character Name here and There(EVE) or do i need a new name?
Does the Skill system works like the one on Dust?
Is it more complicated than Dust?
aaaand
is it worth payin the 15$??? |

1. When DUST goes live, our names will all exist in the EVE universe, so we won't be able to double-up.
2. Skill points are ONLY earned passively, no points for missions, because it's MMORPG-style free-roam instead of a mission-based structure.

4. Get a free trial. If you get one from a current EVE player, it's 21 days, and you'll probably find someone who can teach you the basics while you're at it. |

Name: No proof that you cant from my part, but its unlikely since chats from dust/eve might get fused at times and will conflict...atleast on a "wut 2 XXXX?"
Skills:
-Levels? Yes 1-5
-Involve SP? Yes
-ACTIVE SP? No
-PASSIVE SP? Only as in " Skill X will keep on training so long as its queued " so you can have a skill that takes 2 days to train, be out those 2 days wihtout ever logging in and still have your skill on the next level (when the time is over)
Complexcity? Oh yes, far more
Worth the 15$?
I run (more like used to run....dammit economy)2 accounts....so IMO it does, just dont pull your hair out the first month / 21 days feeling like not doing jackshit compared to others, be warned...combat is NOT FAST PACED, complex yea...but definetly not fast...unless a destroyer with T2 guns 3HK your frigate for the lulz on high-sec! |
