So i go into the chat to search for squad mates, and not a single **** is given. No real replies, the only one i got was from ted nugget asking "do you have vehicles" needless to say this frustrates me.
Is there some kind of secret pact that states russkaya shall not squad with anyone? Im sad face right now. |

most people probably don't even use chat, and if they do they're probably playing with corp mates.

In all seriousness, here's how games like this work:
Your corpmates will squad with you because corporations stick together. They'll communicate with you 'cause it's more efficient, saves everyone money, and makes them an efficient fighting force.
If you play with randoms, then yes - they're only going to want to team up with you if you have something they want (say, gunner seat in an expensive dropship). Even then, they are unlikely to communicate or work together because there's no real incentive to do so.
If you want to play efficiently with others, join a corporation and work with them. I'm thoroughly enjoying working with prospective corpsmates on my alt, and looking forward to my official invitation. This game is amazing when people are actually working as a team. |

I've never had a problem finding good folks to play with in the room "LFSquad", if your searching in local not surprised you had crappy luck it's always quiet for some reason. |

If you haven't joined a player corp, I've been told that you're assigned to your NPC corp based on faction choice and region. If you're not online in your region's peak times, that means you'll see VERY few players in the corp chat.
Try local, which I THINK sorts players by their choice of faction, so you have a better chance of finding people in off-peak times.
If you're in a player corp, then it depends on the timezones and schedules of the players in your corp. If you don't match up with people, again, try local, it should have more people. If they don't respond, you're on in off-peak times that are badly enough off-peak that you're not getting responses. It happens sometimes. If you play decently - you don't even need to do particularly well - you might catch someone's eye when you save them, or hand them an easy kill, or pull off something cool that they appreciate. Or they might do the same for you. Note down the name, send them a mail message, say "hi" and maybe why you're sending the message.
Sometimes, that will provide you with an invite later on. |

Like others have said, join a corp. Having to depend on a bunch of randoms to win is like trying to depend on the devil to be honest with you. You ain't gonna get good results. Besides, some randoms just act like a bunch of half-witted blueberries who are only concerned for their KD. |

They're on to us!
Oh, and it's both funny and sad how STB members can't live without vehicles (literally- my corp was kicking their asses for a while, then they took out a dropship, HAV, and a few LAVs- completely turning around the game) |
