There's already a handheld Caldari Railgun. it's called a Sniper Rifle.
What I didn't know at the time is that there's also a confirmed rapid-fire Caldari weapon. Gauss Rifles are coming. |

Id like a forge gun that shoots healing bursts. Like the percentage of the charge would be the percentage of armor repaired. All the way up to 100% and it would tAke a second per 10 percent to charge. That would be amazing for me atleast. |

Most applications of light based cutters, LASER (light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation) is an inaccurate term. LOSER (light oscillation by stimulated emission of radiation) is more accurate. For some reason it never took hold.
Etimology aside, a healing laser would amuse me |
